Property, staff and location was fine. Unfortunately you could hear the phones and alarms of the guests next door and the dog in the room down the hall. When you were in the bathroom you could hear everything going on in the hallway after quiet hours.

Came here with family to visit family for Thanksgiving. Both rooms were clean with no bedbugs or dirty stains. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK. Not far from the mall and places to eat. Would recommend for a couple of days stay.

The first room we was given had a strong smell of dog , it was to the point we had to ask for another room, the lady that checked us in was very nice and quickly accommodated us to a different room , hotel over all was ok just outdated , at breakfast the eggs was still ice cold when the lady brought them out.

The room and service was good, but the furniture was terrible. The entrance door latch needed adjustment, as it closed too quickly. My 5-year-old daughter’s finger got caught in the door closer, and luckily, we were there; otherwise, she might have lost her finger. Personally, I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family for a stay.
