Lovely Beach House
Location to the beach is fantastic , house very comfortable and everything you need for relaxing holiday at the beach with the town of St Augustine a short drive away, nice restaurants within walking distance

Beautiful beach cottage
My husband and I loved our stay at Rich's place in St. Augustine Beach. Just a short stroll through the dunes and we were on this beautiful and endless beach, where the water is cool, the waves are great, and the people-watching is spectacular! We spent a full 2 weeks and couldn't have been more comfortable in this perfect-size bungalow with great amenities. Rich and his wife were friendly and accessible and we often stopped to talk when out strolling to the beach or around the neighborhood. The neighborhood is fantastic with shopping and great restaurants within walking distance. Shout outs to the Beachcomber for beachside dining, Sunset Grille for incredible meals, A1A Beachside Diner for tasty brunches, and Island Donuts for the most delicious doughnuts. And then you have the city of St. Augustine close by that offers even more of everything! I can't wait to return to this little gem of a house and dig my toes into the sand once again. Thank you, Rich, for offering such a wonderful beach getaway cottage.

St. Augustine 30th Anniversary Celebration
We enjoyed our stay very much! The location was perfect. Our dog, Chloe, had the best time going to the beach. The cottage was very well appointed with toiletries and kitchen accessories. We loved having access to the pool and we enjoyed an afternoon of putt-putt. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Cottage
This property is absolutely charming, and it’s a great space in a quiet neighborhood. My only feedback to the owner is to think about updating their couch and bed coverings. I would also recommend that the towels that are provide are washed the day before your guests arrivalto avoid having musty smelling towels.

5-stars all around! The cutest accommodation, an unbeatable location just steps to the beach & restaurants, clean, spacious and stocked with everything you could possibly need. A bonus was the access to the nearby swimming pool, and the pet-friendly setting! Lovely hosts as well!! My new favorite at SAB!!

Great location and exactly as described
This was a perfect location for us, steps from the beach walkway and on a quiet dead end street. All the necessary supplies are there (extras of each so you don't have to scramble to replace) but if you plan on cooking, bring your food/condiment supplies. Those are not there. Laundry is easy to do on the property and the outside back deck is really nice too. You can't see the ocean but you can hear it from the deck! The tv has DirecTV but if you want streaming services, bring an hd cable to connect tv to your computer. Excellent place to stay, highly recommend the place and the very friendly owners who live across the street as well.

We spent a week at this quaint cottage jus steps from the beach! Loved it! Extra bonus is that you can use the hotel pool behind the cottage! Highly recommend!

Wonderful stay
Pros- Property was very clean and neat, easy walk down to beach. Owners were nice, very interactive and accommodating as we had specific needs and were granted. Restaurants nearby relaxed atmosphere dining. Would definitely stay again without hesitation. Cons- if it matters, the town shuts down kinda early so if you plan on late night out dining/drinking can be difficult to find. This was only a problem as we did not arrive until 7pm. If this is not a problem then there are no cons.

Great Stay
We throughly enjoyed our 4-day, 3- night stay! We loved the easy walk and access to the beach, and centralized location to many wonderful shops and restaurants. We are also very happy that this property was pet friendly, and Lucy (our poochie) loved the cottage, hence we loved it too. The cottage is light, airy, comfortable, clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for your stay - all we had to bring was our food. This is a place we would love to come back to someday, and highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfy and pet friendly stay.

Great Place to Stay - 3 houses from beach
Great place for us to stay. We had two small dogs with us and it worked out well. Owner is very nice (lives across the street)…. The only complaint we had was that the grass (St. Augustine) was very high for our two little dogs. It is really thick and they would almost get lost in it. Grass was being cut as we left.

Great Location!
We loved the cottage we stayed in. It was small but the layout was great. It was very clean and everything was recently updated. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. The backyard was great for the dogs. Very short walk to the beach. Only a few houses away. The only improvement I could see would be the chair in the living room. If one person stretches out on the couch, the chair that is left is extremely small and uncomfortable. A small recliner in that spot would be wonderful to be able to stretch out. That still doesn’t take away from giving this place 5 stars!

Beach cottage
Enjoyed our stay in this quaint, comfy, and quiet neighborhood cottage steps from the beach. It is close to local rental surf shops, stores, and restaurants. The cottage was beautifully decorated along side a kitchen with basic amenities. Our hosts made themselves readily accessible for any of our needs including restaurant recommendations and general tourism information. Would highly recommend to any couple wanting to swim the ocean, walk the coastline, or relax on the sand with a good book. Thank you for enhancing our vacation.

Great place right at the beach
We had such a great time at the cottage. 2 houses away from the beach, close to delicious restaurants, easy check in process. Everything you could ask for and a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again when I'm back in St Augustine!

Couple’s Getaway
The property was very close to the beach and made for a comfortable stay for two people. The advantage of being able to catch the bus for the hop on hop off trolley was very convenient. Tickets for that could be purchased online or at the hotel around the corner that is affiliated with the property.

Perfect little get away
Loved this perfectly decorated and immaculately clean duplex. Walking to beach was quick and a hose on side of house was available to wash off the sand. Didn’t notice the beach chairs until we looked into the little building out back that holds the washer/dryer but would have been nice to use. Not a thing wrong with the accommodations. It was a annoying to have to go around the corner to check in at the hotel as we had endured terrible traffic coming down 95 and were late getting in. Wished the code had just been texted or emailed day of instead of making a separate stop. The lady at La Fiesta desk was sweet and welcoming and gave us a packet that could easily have just been left in the unit. The owner, Lauren introduced herself the next day. She lives across the street so is close for any problems but we didn’t have any.

What a refreshing surprise from the normal hotel/motel rooms! It was in a very convenient location on the beach, central to everything or a short drive to downtown (or Uber ride less than $20). the accommodations were awesome with plenty of rooms for our two small dogs. 5 stars +++ will return for sure!!!

Great get away!
The house was small but perfect for two. Really nicely decorated and clean. Bed was very comfortable too. We brought our little dog too and the giant beautify back yard made taking him out really convenient. House is steps from the boardwalk to the beach. Great location in quiet private street. Super easy check in and host couldn’t have been any nicer. Will definitely book again.
