Beautiful property
We had a much needed relaxing weekend. Our only complaint was the bed slept too hard and the pillows weren’t comfortable. Otherwise everything else was excellent!

If you are looking for a getaway house with lake access, you may want to keep looking.Pictures were deceiving.It wasn't the cleanest and supplies are limited.They left one towel and washcloth per person for our 3 night stay. When we asked for more, we were told via text a tech would be out. NO one ever came. The water pressure was awful. You couldn't run the sink and shower at the same time.Literally. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.Bring your own throw blankets, they didn't have any. Overall, I was disappointed in this property.I had higher expectations.

Lovely lake view
Overall nice place: beautiful views of the lake, quiet neighborhood, perfect size for two couples. Sipping wine, watching the fireflies glow and the moon rise was spectacular. A little light on the kitchen amenities; be prepared to wash dishes, as there's only enough plateware for one meal/4 people. The management company was responsive to provide some missing kitchen items (pans, aluminum foil and coffee filters).

We had a wonderful stay visiting our twins at the UofAR. We had some issues with locking the front door, Cohobnb responded immediately a fixed the problem. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Master bed was super comfortable too! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home

Spent a nice birthday weekend here for my husband. It was relaxing and peaceful and close enough to town that we could buzz back and forth visiting our daughter at UArk! Beautiful property and house!

It was exactly like the pictures with all the comforts of home surrounded by beautiful scenery. The kids were able to fish right by the house within view, they also were able to see alot of deer around the house. If we needed anything they were a text away.

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay
We had a great visit - the house and property are very clean and very beautiful . The upgrades and decor in the house are super nice. Even caught a few bass down by the dock. It is about 30 minutes or slightly more to th me campus area but not bad. We made the trip several times over 3 days and each time it felt easier. If you want the best of both worlds (proximity to lake and campus) this is definitely a great choice. Other areas on the lake are much further north. Overall we were very happy and would stay here again.

Wonderful views, comfortable furniture and well appointed.
It is at the end of a long country road. The house features great views due to all of the floor to ceiling windows. We felt at home and enjoyed the up to date kitchen. The lake views at sunrise and sunset were lovely.

Relaxing Home Away From Home on The Lake
We loved staying here on a game day weekend. It’s a 40 min drive from Fayetteville and there are grocery stores on the way. The views of the lake are beautiful and the property is very nice.

Nice getaway
Our weekend stay was the last getaway for my youngest daughter before school started. The house was clean and neat. The view from the back porch was great. The access to the lake was not as we thought it would be from the pictures and the house next door was closer than we expected. We took paddle boards to go out on the lake and had to work to get to the water. The brush and weeds were grown and it was down hill with little shoreline and rocky. The better spot was more in front of the house next door but we didn’t want to disturb the guests staying there. It was all still covered with brush and hard to get through. We also used the steps to the dock and had little shoreline to get in. It was pretty tight but we made it work as we wanted to get out on the lake. An easier and cleaner access would have been nice. The kitchen was nice but we didn’t have extra hand towels or any pot holders for pots/pans or dishes from the oven. The faucet head fell off multiple times and water didn’t come out very well at times. We were able to put it back on and still use it. The bedrooms were nice but the drop offs into the rooms and bathroom took us a bit to get used to. It’s expected things are not perfect or how we are used to functioning at home. Overall, we enjoyed our stay as it was away from our normal hustle and bustle of life. The scenic view from the porch was enough to just calm things down and allow us to relax. The communication with management was very good

Beautiful property! Conducive to visiting, crafting, rejuvenating, writing, and such. Lake access is plentiful but rocky. Note: step down to bathroom could affect toddlers, the handicapped, or older adults. Twin beds are shorter than most twins.

Awesome lake view and very cozy !
Great place to stay, very comfortable. Close to restaurants and thing to do. Nice area for fishing off the bank. Will definitely be back, when the temperatures are cooler.
