Entras en este estado y abres las puertas a un amplio conjunto de ventanas panorámicas de 20 pies de altura. El piso principal cuenta con un plano de planta abierto con cocina de chef con una gran isla de granito y asientos de bar para 10. Electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable con la parte superior de la línea todo. La cocina se abre al comedor con una mesa de comedor de madera hecha a mano autóctona de los árboles de Tahoe que combina la moderna Tahoe con un encanto rústico con capacidad para 16 personas.
La sala de estar cuenta con un enorme sofá seccional ubicado frente a una gran chimenea de roca y un televisor de pantalla plana de 60 pulgadas.
Terraza exterior en el último piso con muebles modernos para el patio, asientos en el patio, taburetes de bar, chimenea de piedra, gran barbacoa de acero inoxidable incorporada, una espectacular vida al aire libre que se abre a serenas vistas de los árboles de Aspen que se encuentran en la parte posterior de la propiedad.

Great property
Had a blast renting this house. House was very clean and spacious. There was stuff for everyone to do. House has many amenities and they all worked. Did not have any issues and we will be renting this house again when we go back to Tahoe.

Perfect Tahoe get away.
This home is beyond amazing, we have stayed at other luxury homes in Tahoe, and none come close to this fabulous home. We had such a great weekend. It's close to the ski slopes as well as the casino's. I would absolutely stay there again.

Great House, Terrific Location
This house is in a lovely neighborhood; it sits back from the road and away from neighbors, the backyard is completely wooded so although you are close to the fun and excitement of South Lake Tahoe you are also in the woods. Lots of fun amenities that our family enjoyed. Would give a five star except for the following: dishwasher and refrigerator need to be replaced or repaired and parts replaced. Bottom oven was not clean and smoked up the house when we turned it on to pre-heat. Bath mats and kitchen mats needed to be cleaned. BBQ sink not operational. There were important kitchen items that were missing; the management did deliver some of the items in a timely manner. And they brought us ice because the ice maker didn't work. I have rented from this management company before, and I would rent this house again because the houses we've stayed really are exceptional and the management does respond quickly for the most part. But, really, the dishwasher and refrigerator gotta go!

Definitely not luxury
The property is indeed large... but large does not mean nice and for the price you pay you expect a bit of luxury. This is more like a 2 star hotel with some amenities (pool, hot tub, pool table) Think Hampton Inn like. The wi-fi is very sketchy. The upstairs master shower does not work, so you'll need to use the bathtub, however the large ball of hair in the tub was a deterant for wanting to get in the tub. YUCK! The furniture n the living room (one large couch) is in horrible shape and incredibly uncomfortable. The chairs in the theater room are not much better. Everything is worn down, and frankly just janky. It does have a pool and a hot tub. Both worked fine, as well as, a game room that we used. Our group has stayed in large "mansion" type homes in the past and this was the most scaled back, least luxurious of them all. Again, for the price you pay, you're better off going down to Edgewood or the Ritz.... it's a better value for the price.

Small Family Reunion August 2020
We booked this property over a year ago after trying to find a cruise or resort that would accommodate all of our needs. Little did we know that because of a pandemic the only place we could get together as a family (of 9) was at a rental home. This house was perfect! There is something for everyone - the game room, the swimming pool, the theater, the hot tub, the decks. We went in August, it was hot. We just kept the windows open, the fans rotating and were very comfortable. The kitchen is well supplied with kitchen ware (one of the 4 coffee makers uses K-cups). There are 2 refrigerators (1 upstairs, 1 in the game room); large gas stove & large gas BBQ; the wifi handled everyone streaming plus the big screen theater. Many grocery stores close by made it easy to keep us supplied with food/beverages. The house is in a very quiet area and not close to other homes. We enjoyed every minute of our time!

Beautiful house that needs TLC
The carpets were not vacuumed and the couch had crumbs on it. The first room on the left on the top floor had hair in the shower when we first got there. The dishwasher handle is broken along with the bottom rack which was missing pieces. One of the burners on the BBQ isn’t working. The toaster doesn’t work properly. The Ninja blender doesn’t work either. Several theater chairs won’t recline and several were very worn/cracked. The blinds in several rooms are broken. There were no cleaning supplies except for dishwasher soap and liquid dish soap. We had to buy a broom, counter cleaner, window cleaner and garbage bags for the kitchen cans. The vacuum was broken and we did get a replacement promptly after asking for it. We will consider renting this home again if it has at least a few of the things on my list replaced or repaired and a different cleaning crew is hired. Thank you, Jona Adkins

Absolutely Perfect for a Large Family Celebration
We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary at this property with 13 in attendance (7 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 toddlers) from June 19-23, 2019 The house accommodated all of us perfectly. The game room and pool kept the teenagers and one of the toddlers fully occupied. All of the adults had their own rooms and the teenagers paired-up and it was comfortable for everyone. The kitchen was spacious and had all the utinsels, plates , etc. needed for daily use and for a catered dinner that we held on our last night in the home. The dinner was catered by Miranda of Tahoe Mountain Tapas and she and her partner (Eric) did a superb job with the menu we selected; you can see my review on Yelp. Check-in and check-out was very easy. The neighborhood was very quiet and within walking distance of Heavenly Valley Ski Area. Mark (manager) was good enough to get us two (2) Pack & Plays for the toddlers and we were able to locally rent toys, a high chair, and a folding barrier to block the stairs leading from the top floor to the bottom floor so the toddler was protected from a fall. All in all, the home was perfect in every way for our family and we would stay there again. Highly recommended.

Convenient location, awesome house
The location of this house is ideal. Minutes away from restaurants, supermarkets, hiking and coffee shops, but was set back with a long driveway so felt secluded. We had a group of 18 and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax, watch TV/movies, swim, and play games. The pool, hot tub, game room, and movie theater were all put to good use. The bathrooms were well stocked with towels and large size toiletries. The kitchen was large and well equipped; we had 3-4 people cooking at the same time and didn't feel cramped. A few minor complaints- the kitchen microwave, coffee maker and coffee grinder were not working. We used the microwave and coffee machine from the downstairs bar area so not that big of a deal. Knives could be sharper. The upstairs master does have a futon, but can't really be advertised as a double. We had a three year old sleep on it without complaints but an adult would not be comfortable on it. The upstairs master bath jacuzzi was a little tricky to operate ( had to push the button several times to turn on) and the bonus rain shower sprayed water all over the place. The foosball table was missing the ball. Overall we had an amazing time and the few complaints about the house were not significant enough to affect our stay in any way.

Great spot, nice house
We enjoyed our stay with our family celebrating my parents anniversary. It’s a good house for kids and adults. The house is pretty clean, but could use a working vacuum - we did end up getting a broom delivered so we could help keep the place tidy. Great for a snow or summer trip and lots of space for the whole crew. We had 15 people (including 7 young kids) and fit with space to spare. Loved that they had sleds we could borrow! The theatre room was a hit and the indoor pool/ spa area was fabulous.

Wonderful Escape
Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your amazing home. The location was perfect for us, being just a block away from Heavenly and only minutes away from the casinos. The amenities were top notch. The house was stocked well with everything from extra towels and blankets, paper products, kitchen products & utensils, etc. And there were so many activities to keep the whole family entertained form the theater room with movies and every cable channel you could ask for, to the game room, to the indoor pool, and the hot tub outside. The large lot provided plenty of room for the kids to play in the snow right there at the house. And with 7 bedrooms, we had plenty of room for our large family and friends who joined us. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a wonderful escape!

Gorgeous house in a perfect South Lake Tahoe location.
This house was so amazing and cozy. We had my 50th birthday in September with family and friends. All the admenitites in the house had us busy having fun throughout the weekend. So perfect for all. We also hired Miranda at Tahoe Mountain Tapas for a private chef experience. They were so professional and on time. The food was so delicious and flavorful. It was a top highlight of events we planned. For future guests, I would recommend a guest book left on the counter. This would be so helpful on how to check in, check out, trouble shoot on all the admenitites and the details of the house. I highly recommend this beautiful house and would definitely love to stay for the winter season.

This house was a dream!
From the moment I saw the pictures on VRBO I knew that this house would be amazing, but we were even more blown away seeing it in person. This was a very special surprise for my husband's 40th birthday and just watching his face as he walked through the house and explored all the rooms was just the reaction I had hoped for. This house was truly a dream and had every amenity and luxury that you could ask for. It was the perfect place to just be cozy and relax with our friends and family. The theater was the biggest hit for all ages and the pool and game room were also a big hit. I would highly recommend this house to family and friends!

Could not have wished for a better experience
We celebrated my 50th birthday with a group of 14 adults. Everything the site shows of this house is spot on. It was luxury with a homey feel. We used every amenity - Deck, Pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, Movie Theater, Pool table and bar area. With all of the varied amenities, private bedrooms and enough bathrooms for everyone, we never felt crowded. Everyone had the space they needed. Kitchen was well stocked for large parties and groups. But do make sure to bring your spices, oils and extra paper towels. The Grill was a tad disappointing, just by the actual grill space. With a large group we had to do a number of batches of our ribs and chicken one night, but the plus side is there are warming trays built right in. Theater took as a bit to figure out, but became a popular place to relax. It says there are pull out couches, but we did not see sheets/pillows for this room. Plenty of blankets though. All of us want to go back. It is the perfect location, close to the lake, casinos and the slopes. Highly recommend this property.
