Fantastic home for all Seattle based activities
I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The property was absolutely perfect – incredibly clean, modern, and stocked with everything we needed. The beds were insanely comfortable, making it feel like a true home away from home. The rooftop was a fantastic bonus, offering great views and a relaxing spot to unwind. Our host was also super communicative and made everything so easy. We stayed for 10 days and will definitely be booking again. Highly recommend!

Wedding Wonderful Weekend
This property was perfect for us. We came for our daughter’s wedding. The kitchen is very well laid out. Good bed and bathroom layout, too. We were sad that were unable to use the roof deck as there was not enough time. We would definitely stay here again. Thank y’all! Blessings 🕊️

Nice unit with good amenities
The condo is located close to Ballard. The host was responsive to any questions. The unit had comfortable amenities. The beds and sheets were very comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all necessary items. The roof top is a nice place to spend time. We appreciated the nice washer and dryer and the nice products in the shower.

The overall condo space is roomy. Living/kitchen areas could use a bit more seating. One couch for 4 people isn’t adequate. Dirty linens for pull out bed didn’t make the best first impression but housekeeper came to correct the situation in a little over an hour. Dishwasher had to be turned off at breaker box to prevent beeping every 30 minutes. Biggest complaint is the automated communications sent via email. After having to correct above problems, receiving an email hoping that our first night was pleasant seemed disingenuous and tone deaf.

We honestly didn’t spend much time in the unit other than sleeping. My bed in the master was very comfortable and the big shower is nice. Parking is a little tricky but that’s Seattle!

Better Than a Hotel!
The house was in a great location, close to everything. The mattresses and pillows were so comfortable!! Everything we needed was there - all we had to do was buy some groceries. If we ever again go to Seattle we'll stay here.

Awesome Stay in Seattle!
I would highly recommend this VRBO for families looking for comfortable stay in Seattle. The house was immaculate upon check-in, rooms were big and comfy (especially master bedroom). The bathrooms had plenty of space for my family of 4. Do be prepared for up and down living as this is a 3 story home, but that is expected for most homes in the Seattle area. Great location, easy access into the city, and plenty of food options and grocery stores to choose from. Laura (owner) was awesome! She was communicative through the week we stayed to make sure we had everything we needed. The guest portal she provided had all the information we needed to check in, get situated with things like TV’s and Thermostats for hearing (we went in March and still very cool). You will not be disappointed with this choice if traveling with a family!

Modern Ballard -location with privacy
Great location in Ballard with privacy and quiet neighborhood. Home was spacious, modern, clean and a joy to stay in. Only suggestion is wish kitchen had bar stools at fabulous island and area rug in family room would be cozy….if the downstairs (foyer) bedroom had access to the bedroom closet for hanging clothes would be helpful. In winter months would be nice to arrive with heat on as well. Hosts were very accommodating and quick to be responsive with any questions or issues. Would recommend this home and caring host. Visit Seattle and enjoy this great home!

Well-appointed home
We stayed in this centrally-located Ballard town home to visit our son and his family. It was really well appointed and conveniently located to anything you need in the Ballard area. Check-in and communication with the owner/property manger was easy and attentive. We added a day to our stay and it was seamless. We were traveling with our dog and the home is dog friendly. We had brought our own dog bed, but they happened to have a Casper dog bed available. The off-street parking was extremely handy in the poor weather. I only wish we were there during the summer so we could have taken advantage of the roof top deck.

Great location and host!
We received great communication from the host well ahead of our arrival. The home was exactly as stated in the listing. We had great comfort throughout the entire stay, and would definitely come back. The location was within a very short ride to many of our favorite attractions (Climate Pledge Arena, Space Needle, MoPop). Thank you, Laura for an absolutely wonderful experience!

We had a wonderful time at the house in Ballard. It was walkable to all things Ballard, and had plenty of room for 5 of us. It was extra great to be able to bring the dog. Laura was responsive and helpful. All around a great experience.

Beautiful home, just as advertised
We had a great stay. The house is modern, clean, comfortable, well-equipped and well-located. Parking is on the street but we were able to park right in front of the house with no problem, with no restrictions. We had our dog — there is a dog bed and bowls. We stayed four nights in November and were sad to leave.

Great place, neighborhood and owner interactions!
Booking Very easy, good information, quick communication responses before booking and after. House Very nice for sure. Lots of room. Roof top had essentially 360 views. Had an amazing sunrise view. Main floor is quite roomy for family gatherings. Rooms are good, comfortable beds. Local wall heaters made it great for individual preferences. Master and main had programable AC. Did use as it was near 80s for us. Tons of windows for great natural lighting and open for catching the cool breezes. Location The owner mentioned the construction. To be honest, it is hardly noticeable. The windows do a great job at blocking the noise which wasn't much. They pretty much started after 8am and were done before 5pm. There is a little traffic noise from the road behind, but again, the windows were great. The neighborhood is very nice mixed of old and new. Lots of sidewalks and local parks. Lots of people walking around. Its a short few blocks to downtown with shopping and restaurants. Very nice lake near by.

The Townhome is lovely
This is the second time we have stayed here. It is beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable. My grip is not with the townhome, it is with VRBO. Watch the fees they charge. The nightly cost is only half of what you will have to pay. Tremendous fees are associated with rentals. Check out all fees before you confirm. In this case, I would have lost 50% of the cost if cancelled right after I booked.
