This third-floor walkup is a recent renovation, a five-minute walk from dozens of downtown restaurants, attractions, and island ferries, including access to the world-renowned Cedar Point. Our spacious front room is perfect for families with a dining table that expands to seat up to ten. Two, off-street parking spaces included!

Three bedrooms sleep 6 comfortably with air mattress access (full sized) for 2 additional children, bringing your total party to 8. Brand new appliances and a 65-inch Roku television in a spacious front room with easy kitchen access.

Park your car and leave it for the weekend! Downtown is only a short walk, and the Cedar Point Sports Complex is a five-minute drive. But please keep in mind, this is a third-floor walkup.

LOVED the fun decor- a lot of neat Disney art. Clean and spacious. Perfect amount of room for our big group. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Lots of stairs to climb due to it being on the third floor but that worked fine for us. Beautiful condo with lots of windows.

Lovely condo
We loved our stay here. It was very clean and had everything we could have asked for in the kitchen. The rooms were great and even though the mattresses were a bit too firm for my tastes I loved staying here. Minutes away from so many restaurants and Cedar Point. My family truly enjoy our stay at this location. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The only drawback I have is the inevitable which is the stairs, only because I had my elderly mother with me, but she got up those stairs and back down as well so no big issues. (Just tired lol) all and all we had a good time going to cedar point and exploring Sandusky ☺️

Clean condo and short drive to Cedar Point
Overall, the condo was very clean and the short 10 minute drive to Cedar Point was a big plus. The stairs were a little surprise when we got to the place and just know this is a 3rd story space.

A great place to stay!
We stayed in this VRBO to celebrate Father's Day with a trip to Cedar Point. This was our second stay -- we'd come in April for the eclipse. The unit is very clean, well equipped, and in a great location. Robert was always so responsive and helpful. We'd definitely stay here again!

Robert’s place was amazing and in a great location for those who traveling to Sandusky. I highly recommend anyone traveling to Sandusky to stay at Robert’s place. Great apt for large groups
This was a spacious apt which suited all of our needs for a weekend visit to cedar point. Robert is a great host - very responsive and set up the apt to be as comfortable as possible. The area is right downtown and from the outside doesn’t look as polished but once you terminator the apt it’s a beautiful space. I will definitely consider a stay here again. Note: the cleaning could have been little more thorough - crumbs in fridge, comforter and pillows had scent.

The condo is wonderful. However, being 80 years old, if I had known that I would be carrying my belongings up 3 flights of stairs, I would not have rented here. Thankfully we had our early twenties grandchildren with us.

Would stay again! Water pressure was great easy check in and out process. Loved the apartment. The owner was open to questions at any time. We didn’t have any problems at all. Kids loved the card and board games that were provided.

Very nice property right in downtown Sandusky Check in process was easy. Lots of room for families and plenty of space to stretch out. Only downside was the parking on the side of the building. Some overgrown shrubs made it difficult to get out of our cars. Other than that, great place to stay for families or big groups
