The property was shabby and a bit dirty
The apartment felt as though someone had moved out shortly before we arrived. It was a bit dirty and the sheets didnt really fit the beds properly and there were old used towels hanging on the back of the bedroom doors. We moved into a hotel after one night

Very disappointed in this rental
Extremely disappointed in this place. We were told check in wasn't until 4pm because the housekeeper was there - the place was not clean! It had dirty floors, dirty dishes in the dishwasher, a dirty load of towels in the washing machine, a load of laundry in the dryer, a broken steamer, a broken bed in the main bedroom, the tub in the master didn't drain well, Uber access to the property was extremely confusing, burnt out lights all over the apartment, the patio had alot of unnecessary things on it, including an unused closet door :(, the blinds in some of the bedrooms were broken. However, the pool areas were nice and there was a deli across the street. It is in a huge apartment area and no other retail shops are remotely close by. Uber was very expensive to use and needed to get everywhere.

The host was too creepy - we didn't even go
On the VRBO app, the host asked many of questions about who would be there at any given time and the reason for our stay. I thought it was a little strange, but went with it. - Then they started texting me on my phone the day before around noon (which I thought was weird) asking me exact time we would be there and gave me an address. - A few hours later, they texted me a different address and told me to meet them BEHIND the apartment complex and they would give me a key. I became VERY skeptical...none of this was listed in the post, NOR were they communicating this via VRBO messaging. I decided to NOT stay there, and stay somewhere where I felt my family and I would be safer. VRBO managers apologized for my experience, but I did not get a refund.

Run down but spacious
The pro’s: great location, huge condo, quiet complex, nice pool, responsive owner. The cons: had to arrange in-person meeting with owner to check in which was inconvenient. He did accommodate our timeline though and was very friendly. The linens (sheets, comforters and towels) in the unit were extremely old and worn. The sheets on the bed were pilled and falling off because they had no elastic left. I had to go through several sheets to find a set that would stay on the bed. Towels were stained and there weren’t enough of them. Only one small towel bar in the master bathroom. The common area (building hallways) seemed dirty and neglected - spotty carpets. To get to the parking space you have to walk by the smelly dumpster.

Fantastic!
This place is in a great location. The pool is heated and was so nice to have. Govanni is excellent to work with. He was very accommodating. He is one of the best hosts we’ve used. I would definitely stay here again.

Great property
Near to all sorts of activities in La Jolla and a short drive to downtown San Diego. The unit has so much room and sitting on the balcony enjoying the weather in the morning is so nice. Check in was a breeze. 5 stars.

Great location and amenities
My family of four enjoyed this property for a few days of vacation after my work held a conference in San Diego. Fantastic host, wonderful pool and hot tub, great location just 15-25 minutes from everything we wanted to do in La Jolla and San Diego.

Great property and location, would stay again
Stayed here 4 nights with my family which included 3 kids. There was plenty of space, comfortable for everyone to stay and spread out. Other pros: - Pool and hot tub was great and easy to use - Plenty of towels and blankets - Appliances worked well, washer and dryer were a nice bonus - Parking was easy and safe - Great location. Easy on off to the highway and within 15-20 min of everywhere. Lots of restaurants close by and quiet neighbors - Host was very communicative and helpful

So comfortable and pleasant San Diego getaway
A perfectly located area, condo complex with lovely pool and amentities. The host was so nice..met us at the property to show us all about it from the 2 spot parking garage to our condo. Very spacious three bedroom condo with balcony. Fully equipped kitchen. Couldn't get coffee maker to work but had coffee press. Great mattresses to sleep on and TV's. I mention this because, I think for me, being able to sleep comfortably is a big plus. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures could be better updated. Our Host was so delightful and responsive. We will gladly come to stay again for our gal pal getaway, or an getaway.

Great experience
We were here visiting our son who is stationed in San Diego. We had more than enough space for all 8 of us and having the laundry and kitchen gave us the convenience to have family dinners and also pack much less to travel.

So-Cal getaway
Loved our stay at this well appointed, well located, and very comfortable apartment. We loved it's proximity to everything we wanted to enjoy in San Diego - La Jolla Cove, Coronado, Balboa Park, Cabrillo Monument, Sunset Cliffs, Torrey Reserves. Everything was an easy 10-30 min away. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Excellent accommodations
This property was perfect for our group. It was much larger than it looked in the photos. We had 5 in our group and hosted 4 others for one day and it allowed all of us to share a meal and enjoy separate conversations. The 3 bedrooms are not next to one another which allowed for personal space. Easy access to a beautiful pool/ hot tub area. The location made it easy to get anywhere in the San Diego area. It`s a large complex and all the residents and employees we met were friendly. The owner met us at the site and quickly responded to our requests during our stay. This was a first time visit to San Diego for all of us and this property went a long way in making it a wonderful experience.
