Great Family Time
This property is a 10 It is spacious with plenty of space whether you want to gather in the same area top deck by the pool, in the main kitchen for a meal, on the lower covered deck or the main living room. The home is so well equipped not only to cook meals in but also for those beach days. The grounds are beautiful and so well kept. Sergio was very attentive and helpful. We also really enjoyed Emelda's breakfast (for our first morning before we had sorted out groceries) and the lovely "gift" of homemade tamales. Special shoutout for the pizza oven. We picked up premade dough at Sizzle and Spice and made a variety of pizzas during our stay. We also enjoyed walking the beach that is a 5 minute walk away. At low tide it is massive. This is a spectacular property with lots to do.

Magnificent Property
We had a wonderful time staying at this home. Can't say enough about the experience there. The house was even beautifully decorated for Christmas! The homeowner, Sergio, was extremely attentive throughout our stay. We ordered a couple of meals made for us at the house which were both authentic and delicious as well as reasonably priced!!We would stay here again in a heartbeat!!

Panama, REVISITED 35 years later
I am a first time VRBO user, and if all properties and hosts are as AWESOME as this property and host Sergio, I may never stay in a hotel again. This trip involved 15 people ranging from 6 years old to 79 years old. Our host Sergio made this a trip of a lifetime. He was very accommodating, made purchases for his home based on requests by my group. He privately purchased a commercial grade frozen drink/margarita maker. He made reservations for tours that I was having difficulty getting due to our size and language barrier. I had a teenage daughter become ill and he arranged for a doctor that made a house call. He arranged massages/ manicures. All of these he did at NO Additional Charge. Our on site person, EMELDA was superb and provided some of the best meals I have ever eaten. Please notice I have not yet mentioned his impeccable and beautiful home. Everything that was advertised and more was provided. The home was immaculate and well appointed and has obviously been well cared for and maintained. I am a retired US Military Soldier with 21 years of service and I cannot truly convey how impressed I was with the level of attention to detail and service that was provided to me, my family and close friends. I HIGHLY enjoyed, and RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY and HOST. At the ended of our stay it felt like we had stayed with close friends or family, that cared about our ENTIRE TRIP. Sergio, thank you so very much for ALL you did for my group, you went ABOVE and BEYOND, EMELDA miss you

This is a spectacular property
I have stayed in many countries and many VRBO homes. This one is tied for 1st place on our families list. Our family of 6 enjoyed this huge home with all the amenities I can think of. The kids loved the roof top pool and huge amount of space over four floors. It is beautiful and very well maintained. Sergio is an amazing host and went above and beyond when I killed the battery on my rental car by leaving the lights on. Inside 30 minutes someone was helping me out by jumping the car. How is that for being an excellent host!!!!!

Fantastic Stay in Paradise
The property was amazing and the hospitality matched it. Sergio was incredibly responsive and helped us with everything we might have needed. The chefs cooked delicious meals and made it easy for such a large group to get fed. I would love to come back and stay in the future!

Great place to stay!
The house was clean and beautiful. Sergio helped us A lOT any calling taxis for us, finding us a photographer for family photos and even finding a baker to make us a birthday cake. I would recommend!

Great house!
We had a wonderful time staying at this house for a family trip with extended family. So many living spaces and rooms to enjoy. The rooftop has a great view and we loved the pool. Emelda was kind to cook a few meals for us which were delicious. The beach access is not as nice as Coronado beach, but we still enjoyed it and the house made up for it!

Spacious, Luxurious & Comfortable beach house stay
This house exemplifies all of the good possible with VRBO. The house had all of the amenities that an owner/user would have. This place gets into the self-actualization area of Mazlo's hierarchy. Over the top. Family was swimming in the rooftop pool and lounging in nearby hammocks while I grilled behind the rooftop bar. Played cornhole on the roof and horseshoes in the back yard. Quiet, secure neighborhood. Two blocks walk to the black sand beach. 15 minutes drive to plentiful stores at Coronado. Couldn't be better for us. While in Panama, we ate at some of the best restaurants . Emelda cooked for us and that meal ranked at the top of all of our Panamanian meals. Unexpected. Exceeding expectations. I forgot some important things in the house. Emelda sent them to me via express bus service the next day. Everything above and beyond. Thanks Sergio & Emelda for a wonderful stay that my family will remember always. Hope to be back one day soon.

Family Celebration
We arrived at the home and found the property exactly as described. Sergio’s property manager was very hospitable and brought us fresh fruits and showed my daughter how to open fresh coconuts that grow on the property. The views from the rooftop patio are amazing and the walk to beach is no more than 10 minutes. The commute from the airports can be a bit challenging but the house is well worth the drive. I would recommend this home for large family gatherings or vacations. Sergio is a wonderful host and is very communicative.

Great Family House
We stayed for two weeks in the house and had a fantastic time. The house is well equipped with more kitchen appliances then we needed. The house cleaner kept the house very clean and you didn't really know she was there. Sergio the manager was very helpful when we needed an adventure. Amazing sunrise and sunsets on the pool deck .

A rooftop dream!
This lovely home was more than we expected! We were two couples traveling together and the property was even more than the pictures (if possible). Emelda made an amazing breakfast and fantastic dinner! Communication with the owner was spot on. We spent a lot of time in the rooftop pool and morning coffe on the rooftop terrace. It felt very safe and comfortable.

This was a beautiful, inviting and well equipped property. It was as if all of your wants and needs were known ahead of time. The photos do not do it justice. Not only was the location, security and property awesome, but our host, Sérgio was the most gracious and accommodating person ever. Imagine having to deal with 14 women and their various requests. He did that. He made us feel as if we were not a bother. He arranged taxi rides, tour rides, transfers, anything we needed he was there to assist. I can't thank him enough. I would be remissed to not mention Emelda who Sergio arranged to prepare the most delicious dinner for us upon our arrival and Eric our transfers/tour guide and the taxie drivers. Each and everyone of us agreed that this was by far our most relaxing and enjoyable Exhale trip we've taken. It goes on the top of our list traveling together for the past 22 years. Thank you Sergio.

Spectacular Opulance
This place was even better than described. Even though it rained everyday we were there, we had opportunity to use the pool and the beach. Both wonderful. The only trouble we had was with the gate guard. Due to our limited Spanish and the guards zero understanding or use of English it was hard just to get in to the neighborhood. It was finally fixed by a text for me to show the guard. Worked like a charm. The host was very responsive.

Beautiful home near a beautiful beach
Our stay in Sergio’s home in Costa Esmeralda was near perfect. Everything is exactly as described and possibly even better in many ways. We had a wonderful stay and the house fit our large group exceptionally well. Enjoy beautiful views of the Pacific from the rooftop while swimming or relaxing with your loved ones. It was close to many wonderful attractions and not too far (1 hour and 45 minutes for us) from the Airport. Sergio was kind and communicated very well. If you are looking for an excellent chef/cook, Emelda for an additional cost was excellent and very pleasant. My family and I highly recommend this home to anyone.

Nice Time
My family and I enjoyed Sergio’s place. It was more house then we needed but the price was right. Rooftop pool was awesome and it was a short walk to the beach. Emelda (Sergio’s aunt lives in the property and cooked two dinners for us.
