Not so great!
When we arrived in our room, it turned out that the beds were not made and the dirty linen was lying on the floor. Not a good first impression. They reassigned us another room on another floor, requiring another long slog with our luggage. At least they were kind enough to give us a voucher for a free breakfast buffet. The restaurant was closed for Christmas Day. The desk clerk could not tell us whether there was any food service nearby. Turns out, Double Tree Hotel next door had had its restaurant open.
