The host Mariano was very accommodating and friendly.He was happy to recommend area attractions and restaurants. He makes a great cup of coffee.The hotel was very clean and quaint.Wish we could have stayed longer,and would return.

The staff at this charming hotel are AMAZING! They worked really hard to make sure we were comfortable and all our needs were met. This is more like a bed and breakfast, but the family room is more like a small apartment with two separate bed rooms. This is a little out of the way, but such a great place to stay.

I would recommend this hotel to every relative and friends. The staff and owners were super friendly with us and with our baby boy. They were always ready to keep up with the our needs d our baby's even when it came to warm up a bottle.

Nice hotel, the Onwer is very nice.

They gave us a room with a balcony. It is a small hotel in a small town sonit is very quiet. Would come here again.

We arrived later than expected, but the owner was very understanding. The surroundings are just amazing. The rooms very clean nice decorated. The beds very comfortable. The place very quiet. A pleasure to stay. Breakfast enough and delicious, but not stellar. Price was good for the location. I would definitely book it again.

Beware

My complaint is in ref. to our Hotels.com reservation No. 8001520668846. We reserved a single room for one night in hotel Garni Biancavene in Ruffre outside of Bolzano, Italy on September 29th, 2014. Since we never received a confirmation from the Hotels.com, we called the hotel directly. The man at the hotels desk did not speak English. When we arrived in Bolzano, around 9pm, we called several times to confirm our reservation and to get the directions, but nobody from the hotel wanted to talk to us. Finally, after 2 hours we arrived at the hotel, which is at 1,350 meters above the sea level and 23km from Bolzano, not 12km as shown in your description. The hotel doors were shut, nobody unswered the door bell or phone calls, and we did not know the key pad code. When we returned to Bolzano all hotels we checked were booked or closed. We end up sleeping in our car. We were charged for one night, but after we filed this complain, Hotel.com never responded.
