This is a nice hotel but this time it was not the vest experience my room had a weird smell the elevator dint work we had no hot water we had to keep calling in till maintenance came to fix it

We had issues from the start, no hot water in our room so we couldn’t shower after beach day. They moved us to another room, but downgraded our beds, had a queen and king instead of 2 kings and the place wasn’t as nice. Then there was no internet and they didn’t come to fix it until 5 minutes before checkout. The morning we left we could not shower for our trip home or flush the toilets because there was no water at all, a main water line issue. I do not recommend this property. I asked to speak to the manager at checkout to ask for a partial refund and she was not reachable according to the front desk rep, then I’ve tried emailing the manager to request a partial refund and she has not gotten back to me. I do not recommend staying here

The property was very dark at night to walk around. The service at breakfast was not as pleasant. One out of the three days we stay we no servers came to us. Others were served but not us. This resort is very beautiful for it not to have no type of entertainment. We had to go some where else to hear music. We had a loud noise coming from the AC room.
