Excellebt location, great value
The Sonoran Sea property appears very clean and updated. It is right on the beach, and has access to a hot tub, pool (both heated and not) with swim up bar, and beach front covered seating area. The property itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. Being on the ground floor was an added bonus as we could just walk out to the beach/ pools directly from our back door.Overall, it was a really great experience and stay. We will absolutely look to book this unit again in the future

Great Experience, Beautiful Place
We had wonderful time. View from the window was amazing. My children loved the fact it was on the ground floor so they can just run out towards pool or beach. I loved the staff, restaurant on the grounds and in general how everything is maintained. It provided for a very relaxing vacation.

We were advised that at Sonora Sea the pools and jacuzzis would be closed until further notice. Casago quickly notified me and made arrangements to put us up in another resort that was available. I was happy that Casago took the time to make all our arrangements and make the change without any problems Thank You Casago and Staff for all your help.

Beautiful condo!
We could not have been happier with the property and grounds. Our condo was as presented and no issues. The only thing that was disappointing was the chairs and caution tape around the pool due to the unfortunate incident in the spa. We chose a ground floor condo and paid extra for the close proximity to that pool. If i had known I would not have paid more for the ground floor. That being said, we will be back.

The unit location is prime
Appreciate the view, the proximity to the pool and the beach. Unit had just about everything we needed. I was sad to learn the washer was broken after we loaded a wash but the management team offered us another unit to allow us to use the washer. Overall nice stay. Also appreciated the onsite store when we left a few things at home. Appreciated the swim up bar and poolside service.

The condo was nice with a beautiful view and the restaurant is very good. With that being said they are redoing the pool so there was very loud construction the whole time we were there. Before booking I’d make sure construction is done. Because it is on the ground floor the bedroom is close to the stairs. You can hear people all night and cars starting up. I’d suggest you bring a fan to drown out the noise.

The room we got was nice overall. However the property is looking a little run down, especially around the pools with concrete and plaster coming off. Also, the people staying there were inconsiderate and drunk A-holes. Our first night, we couldn’t sleep due to people yelling, screaming, and fighting. Plus furniture and other items being thrown off the balconies. It reminded me of a college spring break location but the people doing it were in their 30s and 40s. I wouldn’t stay at this location again. Nothing against the condo owner but the property was the issue.

We made a list of all of the things wrong and gave it to the front desk-- Would not recommend staying there until all thngs are fixed-- Blinds on back door were broken and would not slide Laimp in living room broken, coffee table leg broken Door stop on front door would not stay up and it was very difficult to get in and out-- TV in bedroom does not work Patio door handle loose

Ground Level Condo real convenient !
Check In & Check OUT were very easy . People very friendly! Ground level condo very convenient to go to the pool , beach or restaurant without having to take an elevator. Also nice green grass right there ! Internet & TV very good . Bed quite comfortable. The dishes ( cups , plates & bowls ) a real stretch for one to reach unless you are 6 foot tall. Which neither of us are !!! One thing that should be replaced is the toaster . Got it to work after a few minutes of adjusting settings. But at each usage had to through a proceedure .

This was the third time that my boyfriend and I have stayed at this condo we are already booked again for January and it is the only one I will stay at if it’s booked I look for a new date everything is always spectacular clean the only thing I noticed this time was there was only one washcloth that is the worst thing I could say but I absolutely love this property

Awesome wedding anniversary
My wife and myself on our first trip out of the United States enjoyed our stay in Rocky Point. The condo was amazing and very beautifully decorated, well stocked with cooking utinsils and plenty of pots and pans.. the grounds are very well kept. In very close proximity to some fun night life areas. Will be returning next year, we didn't want to come home. THANK YOU FOR A WONDERFUL STAY!!!

Bedbugs on the couch pullout my kids got big so bad from head to toe . The sheets in the bedroom and covers have stains. The front desk was quick to come by but this room has bug I got plenty of pictures of the bed and kids bites. We stayed here plenty of times the resort I love and will come back really soon but not this condo. I hope they take care of this
