Had an amazing time
Came down to Rocky Point with my wife, 1 year-old, and lab. We could not have asked for a better stay. The house was clean, secluded, and everything we wanted in a relaxing quiet weekend. Will definitely be back!

Spectacular find!
This house is beautiful and so private! Beautifully decorated, clean and well maintained. The kitchen had any pots, pans, or utensils that were needed. Loved the many dining options for sunrise and sunset meals and cocktails. There are four outdoor dining/happy hour tables and it just made for a fun variety of entertainment. The host Lindsey is so easy to get a hold of and accommodated our request for an early check in, as well as being speedy with communication. She's an excellent host and we will DEFINITELY be staying again.

Beautiful home!
This is a fabulous property - very clean and very comfortable. Owner was very prompt answering the many questions I had as I was entertaining four friends and wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. As others have noted, the kitchen is well stocked, even with spices and cooking pans. I could have left my pyrex at home! There was plenty of fresh drinking water, too. Beds were comfy, baths are gorgeous and the outdoor shower was a plus. All in all a very enjoyable stay which I highly recommend.

Perfect house
We stayed for 4 nights with my wife and son. Easy, relaxing on the beach location, perfectly maintained and perfectly cleaned house. A/C works fine, necessary for this part of the year. Does not get any better than this.

Slice of Paradise!
This property was absolutely perfect for our family of 4! My 18 & 21 year old adult children each had their own space and bathroom. Every room opens to their own portion of the full covered patio. The beach is essentially your own private space. The visitors at Encantame Towers stay far down the beach and we're not an issue at all. The owner/manager was very communicative and extremely helpful. We will absolutely stay here again and already can't wait for our next perfect Rocky Point experience!

Amazing location
Steps from the Sea Of Cortez. Well appointed home with all amenities as your own home. Nothing to bring other than cloths, refreshments and food. Drinking water provided. Will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! The house is set apart from other homes (except one neighbor), which makes it feel very private. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and enjoy the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The BEST house on the whole beach!
This home is simply stunning. Three en-suite bedrooms each of which has a sliding glass door out to the patio overlooking the ocean. Beautiful Mexican tile work throughout and the custom cabinetry is gorgeous. The beach is large, open, and private. Lindsey is the most gracious and accommodating host in the world. Beach living at its best!

Right on the beach
Pros: House was nice, beds were comfortable. Nice having a bathroom in each room. Kitchen had everything you need to cook huge meals and store leftovers. Washer and dry work really well. Literally on the beach- high tide comes up to about 50 feet from the back of the house. Each room has its own heating and a/c unit. Cons: Terrible lighting in the kitchen, cooking in the evening is tuff, No garbage disposal, no spray cleaner for cleaning counters and table after cooking. The most annoying bar like swinging doors going into the master bathroom and laundry room- so loud and always hit you! Tv doesn’t have channels so you have to buy Netflix if you want TV shows. Poor maintaining- shame to let such a beautiful house fall apart. Needs painted/ broken tiles/ wall cracks everywhere, sliding doors almost impossible to open or close/ screen doors all fell off. Front gate doesn’t shut/ front door gate doesn’t shut either. Outside shower drain clogged with sand so it over flows the patio. Counted 6 light bulbs out. Have to drive a 5 mile dirt road to get to the house/ the entryway turning off the road has loose sand with deep ruts, was scared of getting the car stuck every time we left. Front door lock is so hard to open with the key we kept it locked, thinking we would break the key off in the lock.

Winter Bliss
Plagued by winter in the Northeast we made a spontaneous decision to travel to Tucson and then on to Puerto Penasco with friends. Casa de la Abuela was just the ticket. A beautiful property on an as yet unspoiled beach. Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, a well outfitted kitchen where we cooked many meals during our stay and gorgeous views of the sea, sunrise and sunset. It was quite cold, however, and we had some trouble getting the house up to a comfortable temperature. Lindsey was immediately available by phone to help us work out our issues. Next time we will go a little later in the year to get the warmer temps...which arrived immediately after we departed!! Still a beautiful venue.

Well appointed Encanto beach front home
The house, amenities, and location are all well, well, well above average for an Encanto or Las Conchas beachfront home. The kitchen contains many more cooking, seasoning, and serving items than normal, including two sets of dining ware, good knives, an assortment of pots/pans, and unusual items like a great Ninja blender, coffee maker, toaster, and microwave. The new dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer are also along these lines of items that might be missing from other Rocky Point vacation rentals. Bedding, pillows, blankets and the comfort of the beds were also well considered. The gas fireplace is a great touch and the Wifi is strong. The location, between the Encanto guard house and the Encantame Towers means you have no immediate neighbors. Unheard of. An adjacent house is under construction as of November 2023 and was unoccupied. We had an issue with the Wifi password and Lindsey immediately got back to us. Working with Lindsey was easy and a delight. The only drawback does not involve the house: The neighboring Encantame Towers are under construction, leading to some building noise. Also, on a windy day, with gusts blowing offshore, airborne sand and dust is a problem from the construction site to the in-shore side of the towers, Something to consider when renting this house. The beach here, as in all of Encanto, is sandy, shallow and broad. You are a 20 minute drive from town, and the location is possibly best for those looking to hit the grocery stores/markets once or twice, and stay in to cook and hang out with family. We did bring a plug in internet streaming device (Fire Stick) to watch Disney+, Hulu, HBO, and Prime. The TV is "Smart" but you may be locked out of downloading your streaming apps, besides Netflix which is on the TV. Wonderful house, perfect location (for us), and awesome experiences with Lindsey. All I Can Say Is WOW
We are kind of Rocky Point snobs. We have always stayed at what we would call, " the upscale resorts" and always had a great time. But, this is soooo much better. We came down here for part of our Honeymoon (3 nights) and had the best time. It is a beautiful home that essentially has it's own secluded private SANDY (no rocks whatsoever) beach. There is only one home within a quarter of a mile or so and the stars show it at night. The shells that we found all over the beach were huge compared to what we have found at the resorts. We have found our new place to stay in Rocky Point. We can't wait to come back!

This home was amazing! We brought our Rzr and was able to park it in the garage. Spacious property !
All in all this stay here was amazing! The Spanish style architecture of this home is warm and inviting. This spacious home is right on the beach so you can relax and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. This house fit all of our needs and we will book it again. Jon H.
