Mar paraíso is a great hotel. On the beach, nice pool, very good breakfast with a variety of pastries, fruits, breads and juices. The bed was comfortable and the shower was really good with a lot of water pressure. The highlight of our stay was the massage done by Gleiza. The best massage ever. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed. Schedule a massage with her and you won’t regret.

I loved stay there. The people were so kind and friendly! The grounds and trees and flowering shrubs were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious iwe really recommend Mar Pariaso!

Overall we had a great experience. Gabriel, the staff that helped us with the check in process was excellent and very professional. The cleaning ladies also are friendly and so a great job. Breakfast is absolutely delicious, with many options to choose from. The only negative experience we had was at the wet bar. The girl that was serving us was rude and unpleasant. She does not belong there. Because of her attitude we end up not consuming what we intended to and left early than intended. Unfortunately I did not get her name. But besides this minor inconvenience, the hotel is beautiful and a great place to stay.

Overall the property is nice, but not well maintained. The guest rooms are well equipped, but dated and smelling mold. The breakfast is good, but the a la carte dishes are pricey and average.

You pay for the infrastructure - Poor service
Well localted, next to the beach and 4 blocks from center. The beach in front the hotel is full of rocks, so using beach shoes is unavoidable. Personal is friendly but not well trained. Generally talking they are not proactive and have no concept of service at all. Wifi only available at the balcony. Breakfast ok. Room was ok. However TV with only 5 channels. Hot water at the shawer last only 3 - 4 minutes (need it at night in September). Pillows smell bud (humidity)

Quartos super antigos …roupeiro Velho e sem condições de colocar roupas ,cortinas velhas e sujas ,dossel desagradável sobre a cabeça …ar condicionado ótimo ,banheiro grande e atende bem as necessidades … Equipe da recepção sem preparo para atendimento,informações erradas toda hora ou inclusive sem informações … Café da manhã ótimo ,porém mesas sempre sujas e ninguém faz o mínimo para organizar para os próximos usarem ….todos muito sem vontade de atender … Pessoal do bar da piscina foram os únicos que faziam atendimento com disposição … Não voltaria ao hotel …existem outras opções na região que talvez atendam as expectativas de firma mais eficiente .

Existe muitas coisas para melhorar...
Vou tentar resumir os 6 dias que passamos nesse hotel. O ponto alto dele é a piscina e a localização. O restante é razoável, café da manhã bem variado porém houve uma ocasião logo em nossa chegada em que pedimos uma parmegiana e esqueceram de preparar nosso prato, houve erros de comunicação entre os funcionários, resolvemos não fazer as refeições por lá. Os quartos são antigos porém confortáveis mas pecam na limpeza deixando a desejar, se resumem a trocar as toalhas e arrumar a cama e retirar o lixo, não havia a placa para solicitar a arrumação ou para não ser incomodado; a camareira não percebeu e não avisou antes. Tivemos que pedir a troca do lençol na 4 noite, só assim a recepção percebeu que não havia deixado o crachá (pensamos que era a política do hotel não ter a placa porque a camareira entrava no quarto qndo não estávamos lá para fazer a troca) as poucas tomadas que tem no quarto são de padrão antigo então melhor levar adaptadores. A falta de comunicação via rádio ou ponto entre os garçons atrapalha muito para fazer os pedidos dos hóspedes, mas qndo é feito não demora a chegar. Os garços do bar da piscina apenas fazem as bebidas não anotam o pedido de petiscos precisa esperar um garçom passar perto da mesa ou correr atrás de um para fazer o pedido rs. Acredito que falta uma atualização do modo de como os funcionários se comunicam pois isso deixa o atendimento lento e os hóspedes que vão para relaxar acabam por as vezes se estressarem.

Gosto muito do Hotel. Apenas um ponto de atenção. Havia feito reserva para um quarto triplo com cama de casal e uma de solteiro pelo tamanho do quarto e por já conhecer o hotel. No Check-in tentaram me colocar em um quarto duplo. Reclamei e alegaram que havia feito reserva pelo valor de quarto duplo embora a reserva garantisse o quarto triplo. Tive de bater o pé afinal fiz a reserva para quarto triplo independente de quanto havia pago. Fica o ponto de atenção em relação a tentativa do hotel. No mais espetacular o atendimento da piscina com o colaborador IVANEY simplesmente fantástico. Sempre muito atencioso. É a segunda vez que fiquei no hotel e certamente voltaremos.
