Overall the place is good, especially if you need to stay in Paris Arkansas specifically. The location is perfect because you are in the middle of Paris so its a convenient location. Check in was easy, you just press the code into the door lock. The house has two beds, one has a pad so it’s comfortable but the other does not and it is not comfortable, it felt wore out. The home smelled bad, I’m not sure if it was coming from the bathroom but it smelled as though it was. I purchased plug ins and that solved that problem for the most part. They do not provide body soap, they had some hair shampoo but it looked like it may have just been left by another guest. So be sure to bring your own. The base boards were dirty, especially in the bathroom which made me uncomfortable. The single chairs in the house were all stained which wasn’t pleasant. There was sticky residue in several areas of the refrigerator so I had to clean it with cleaner before adding our food. They did have a drawer of toys that were suitable for ages 3-10. The kids enjoyed playing with the legos. The trash can inside was broke, so you had to lift the lid rather then use your foot to press the lever to open, I didn’t like that. They have a small trash bin outside to put your full trash bags. It already had garbage in it which made it over flowed with trash bags.
Pros: specifically in Paris Arkansas, price fairly low, entire house not shared, two beds, wifi, washer and dryer, toys for kids and kitchen.
Cons: not clean (baseboards dirty, chairs were stained, mouse droppings under stove top where pans located), smells bad, no body soap available in bathroom, hand soap in bathroom was malfunctioning, garbage can top broken.
