Fishing trip

We had a wonderful time fishing off the dock and caught multiple trout every day. We also enjoyed playing games in the evening ( Pass the Popcorn was the favorite) and making dinner together. Loved all the seating areas and the house was comfortable, well stocked for any need and cute! Only issue we had is wifi isn't good in area at all so couldn't watch tv and my hubby had to drive to a tower to be able to work. lol We will totally be coming back for more fishing getaways.

Spring Break Getaway

We had a great week staying here. The view over the water was great and the house was perfect. Far enough out of town to feel removed, but close enough to restaurants and town to grab what we needed. Fishing was great from the dock and the host was fantastic. 10/10 recommend.

Quiet Retreat

We were in town for a boxing tournament in Searcy. It's easy to get stressed out during these events worrying about weights/opponents/cardio/etc. However the sun room on the back of the house was calming and inviting overlooking the river. We even caught a few rainbow trout off the dock! It was a great, well stocked house only 2 minutes from available fuel, diners, and a dollar general!

Peaceful, relaxing stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property with dining and lounge areas overlooking the river. The area is beautiful, especially with all the fall colors and leaves falling. Very comfortable home—well appointed with everything you need. Communicative, helpful hosts. We plan to stay again!

Great Stay!!!

This place is awesome in every way! Location was great and easy to find. The view was awesome! The owners have really out did themselves on this one! The amenities were well above average! I would definitely recommend this place for a family weekend getaway or trout fishing weekend. Cant say enough about this place!

Sisters Getaway

We picked this place because it was halfway point for a sisters getaway. The river house is beautiful decorated, very clean, comfy beds, and homey. Also, the views are amazing!!! The basket of snacks was much appreciated after a long rainy drive. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect family vacation home

The house was perfect and had everything we needed and wanted. The view was amazing, we're gonna miss that. Neighborhood was safe, enjoyable to walk and had lots of birds. The location was 20 minutes from shopping, beautiful waterfalls and hiking. Pangburn is a little gem too. 5 out of 5 stars for sure!

100% recommend!

I fell in love with this place! The private dock was perfect for fishing and allowed easy access to kayak. The house was cozy, very clean and the view of the river was absolutely breathtaking. Nikki, the property host, was great. She was kind, responded quickly and provided us with everything we needed. I look forward to staying here again.

Little Red River.

The property is beautiful. Make a left and try to swim to a bridge. It is a fauna and bird watchers delight. I was at the dam for its christening. We saw FJK give his last speech. So we had a place next door to Lacey’s Marina. Your cabin is perfect for soaking up good vibrations, some rays and then chilling on the perfect screened in porch…southern style. Thank you sooo much. Hope everyone has a fun time for the fourth. My pre 4th trip was amazingly fabulous. Listening to music and lots of fun!! Thank you again!! SHEILLA and CATHERINE. Bartlett and Memphis Tennessee.

Family gathering

We had a wonderful weekend on the Little Red River! We traveled just a short distance to Sandy Beach and the Greers Ferry Hatchery, as well as fishing from the provate dock, hanging out enjoying the beautiful views, fishing and grilling. Theres something for everyone to enjoy. All of the cozy comforts of home were provided with the abundant hospitality of a great host! Relaxing Stay in the Country

Very comfortable home with beautiful view of the river from both the inside and outside of the house. Well stocked kitchen and clean, comfortable beds and baths. On quiet road ideal for longs walks with picturesque pastures and hills. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect stay

This property was perfect for my family's stay on the Little Red River. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and surprisingly spacious. The natural surroundings and the river were absolutely breathtaking. We look forward to staying here again whenever we are in the area. Trout Fishing Get Away Weekend

Beautiful home, beautiful landscape. Very clean and the host is very kind. The kayaks were great. The beds are comfy. And the smell of cedar as soon as you walk in… all around GREAT weekend. 10/10 reccomend!

Perfect location

We had an incredible weekend relaxing by the river in this great rental. The location is convenient to Searcy as well as Heber Springs. The home is perfect for family gatherings and the owner is very responsive. We will be back soon!

Great Stay

Property was clean and right on the river. Seating areas were spacious and comfortable with a nice view of the river. The kitchen had everything we needed, as well as plenty of towels in the bathroom which also had all the essentials. Beds were comfortable. We liked the nice big table where the entire family could sit together, also.
