Nice Property, Frustrating Management
This unit was mostly good, but let down by a few things.
The property was very well stocked, especially the kitchen...which had many more items than we have at home! Everything appeared to be updated and in good working order.
The condo is spacious and attractive. The patio is large and well-equipped (though dirty). The shower in the master bath took time to master; it eventually worked fine.
Our major complaint with this condo is the TV in the living room. Over four days, we were never able to watch network channels (ABC, CBS, NBC) or any other channels (such as MSNBC or HGTV) that we like to watch. Fortunately, we were able to log into our personal Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts; we watched these during our stay, but would have liked to be able to see national news and local weather broadcasts. The hosting company provided no assistance with our issues. ("Send us a picture of the remote control," was their response.)
We were not provided with access or other information until the day before arrival. Then it was in the form of an on-line brochure, which was high tech but ultimately less useful than a hard copy brochure left inside the unit.
So...take your chances if you wish, but personally we will look elsewhere next time.
