Wow I was super impressed we had 2 rooms booked the reception staff day and night were so friendly helpful and knowledgable about Oslo they were really helpful about the hotel and there was an issue with our booking they fixed right away the rooms were so clean and cleaned everyday the shower power is amazing the whole operation top to bottom is amazing from now onwards I will only stay at Radisson blu thank you all ever so much - Hakan Room 704 & room 1615

The property is nice and clean, the access from airport is very good the shuttle drops and picks you right outside of the hotel . The city centre is a 7 mins walk and rest of the tourist attractions are easily accessible

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, the room was filthy, with visible cobwebs and an overall lack of cleanliness. To make matters worse, the shower was clogged, making it nearly unusable. On New Year’s Eve, when we sought assistance, there was no staff available to address the issues. The lack of any on-site support during such a busy time is simply unacceptable. We brought these concerns to the attention of the manager, Lea, who handled the situation very poorly. Instead of offering a full refund for the unacceptable conditions, we were only refunded half the amount—a decision that felt like adding insult to injury. They didnt offer us anything else for our stay to make us feel welcome. First they said all the rooms all booket, and all later there were a rom available. I would strongly caution anyone considering staying here. The lack of cleanliness, basic maintenance, and poor customer service made this one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

Very good hotel. Excellent facilities and staff. The Summit bar is spectacular. Only 2 minor complaints. We reported the in-Room safe broken on our first morning, but it was never fixed, and as far as I know, no attempt was made to fix it. Also, the family room has a sofa bed which made a very loud metallic noice when ever the person sleeping in it moved! Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Good location, service was good, the room was very hot as the air condition system did not work. But opened the window and all good. the breakfast was ok, nothing amazing but good enough. Nice and friendly staff, the pool was good.

Fantastic fjord view room. Super comfy bed and cleanliness good . Great bathroom with shower. Not a lot of draw space, ok for a short visit. Bath robes and slippers provided . Our third stay and never been disappointed. Fantastic breakfast

Great hotel, walking distance from all the attractions but without being in the hustle and bustle. The bed was amazing. The room was lovely with a good view and not too small. I didn't get to try the sky bar or the indoor pool unfortunately. The breakfast was great and we tried the brown cheese which is a local delicacy. All the staff were very helpful and friendly
