Esta casa de playa tiene capacidad para 17 y tiene algo para cada miembro de su grupo de vacaciones. Nade en la piscina privada al aire libre y el jacuzzi. Esta casa fue renovada en mayo de 2015 y cuenta con televisores de pantalla plana, reproductores de DVD, acceso gratuito a Wi-Fi, lavadora y secadora en la unidad, 3 duchas exteriores (con agua fría y caliente).

Fall Break Getaway
Great location for the beach and activities. The yard was perfect for our dogs. The house had ample room for us and we enjoyed the hot tub. The only thing that would have made it better (other than warmer weather) would be a less challenging indoor staircase and a heated pool.

Terrible description of property..
They made me resubmit my review because I showed the crazy add on prices for housecleaning, nonrefundable dog fee, prosessing fees, accidental damage fee,local accomodation fee.....then VRBO gets in on it also ...be warned this place is not updated at all ...if you have older people they will not be able to use the stairs to go upstairs unless they go outside and take the stairs outdoors. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED!!! Make sure you bring toilet paper ,papertowels, laundry detergent..ect you will not find any of those things .. House was not clean ..I have never left a bad review before but i feel obligated to warn people...They need to be more forthcoming with this listing..

Family Christmas trip
Enjoyed the property. Close and easy access to the beach just one block across the street. Was a little smaller than I thought but was fine for us. Enjoyed the hot tub. The pool was open but not heated which was ok. Would rent again.

Great Stay
My family and I really enjoyed this property! There are a few things that could have been better though. The toilets in a couple of the bathrooms were broke. They moved when you would sit on them. The hot tub did not have enough water in it and there was sand and hair in it. There were not many pans to cook on or much silverware. Other than that, we loved this property and are hoping to rent again! We are also close to the beach and that was a plus!

Property is great and probably requires a bit of TLC but we took it as is. Nicely located. Super irritated by the rental company managing the property. We paid for a property with a pool and was a mess when we got there. Call the agency, argument lady said pool only serviced twice a week…never mentioned the pool was actually shot with a broken pool pump and filter. Very disappointed and feel short handed. Their boots on the ground again were so helpful and explained the whole situation. Rather have her deal with customers than the rude person at the offices. She even helped with the WiFi, info on the booking pamphlet was wrong. Don’t think I will be back renting through this agency.

Overall good stay
We stayed here for 6 nights. We were a large group of 3 families with kids. Overall we had a great time. But don't let the name fool you, this is not a newly renovated home. I would classify this as a "cottage". The bathrooms run down and small. The kitchen has newer appliances but was otherwise run down. There wea very little in terms of dishes. The furniture definitely needs replacing. The living spaces are very small. That being said we spent all of our time in the backyard which was lovely. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub and it was so close to the beach which was beautiful. We did a lot of activities during the day and ate out most nights. So we basically used the property to sleep. Overall I would recommend this property check in/out was smooth. The pool/hot tub were cleaned mid week. It's a great location just know it is not newly renovated!

Needs updating
Beds and bathrooms clean! Floors not clean at all, my daughters feet were filthy after just 15 minutes walking barefoot inside. Dishes and pots and pans need replaced. Some of the pans are just completely unusable. Appliances were great!! Even a cooktop to griddle pancakes! Pool and hottub needed cleaned but one phone call and they were cleaned with 2 hours😀. Being from out of town, beach chairs and or toys for the kids would have been nice to have. Even a pool game or two would have been nice. Overall a very nice stay!! So easy and close to the beach.

Great location and super pet friendly!
This property was perfect for us! The location was prime with only a short walk to the beach. The fenced in yard was secure and great for the dogs to be able to run off leash. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the pool!

Another good visit.
This was our third time staying here. We love being close to the beach and the nice pool with enclosed backyard for our dog. This house has a lot of amenities. We had a problem with the upstairs air conditioner which management took care of quickly. We also were here when Ian went through and were impressed that management had a crew out first thing the next day cleaning up the debris and the pool, allowing us to enjoy our last day by the pool. My one complaint was that the hot tub was not clean our entire visit so we were unable to use it. A number of improvements had been made (like a new fridge) since our last visit which we appreciated. However, the screeching fan in the upstairs bedroom is still there, would like to see that replaced.
