Great unit-but a few hiccups
First of all, let me start with the positives. This unit was incredibly comfortable, cozy & clean! Whoever did the interior decorating in this unit is a genius in making a “smaller square footage condo” feel like a “larger” condo. There were 4 of us staying there & there was plenty of room & we didn’t feel “on top of each other”. The unit was very clean & very tastefully decorated. We appreciated all the “extras”: plenty of dishes, silverware, pots & pans, the board games, & the beach chairs. Unfortunately, while we were there they were doing concrete construction & we had to listen to all that noise all day long. Also, the codes we got for the pool/gym were wrong & it took over an hour to get a response & it still wasn’t the correct code. It was frustrating because we were looking forward to using the hot tub. The unit also had what appeared to be fruit flies~they would end up on our drinks & would fly around our head. It was more of an annoyance. And FYI: the indoor pool will be CLOSED for a week beginning December 8 for a week so they can do concrete work on it. But overall, I would highly recommend this gem-despite the construction noise, we still had a great time!

Was a great stay incredible views
Check in was a bit of a hassle didn’t get any info on how to check in when arriving to the property had to call the emergency line after driving 5 hours to find out what unit I had purchased no communication with the contact what so ever after a few emails and calls very hard to get ahold of especially after business hours other than that no issue room was clean very quiet great view of the beach and ocean hot tub was hot and felt great the heated pool no so much heated

Hermosa propiedad, muy limpio todo , la vista al mar espectacular, todo perfecto, excepto los vecinos que se salian a fumar marihuana al balcón y ya no podíamos disfrutar de la tranquilidad de la hermosa vista al mar , pero todo perfecto y lo que muestran en las fotos son reales ! Volvería a reservarlo ♥️

Great location
The condo is in a great spot, in an older complex that is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again, appreciate how clean it was. Just fyi if you have taller family members the showers are a little tight. A great stay overall and we were glad there were extra chairs and umbrellas as well!

Extremely clean
This condo was probably the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in the Myrtle Beach area. It’s very small but cleverly designed so there is a place for all your things. The view is amazing and the balcony very comfortable. It is beautifully decorated throughout and the mattress was perfect for me. The people who live in this condo community are super nice and friendly. The parking is great! Drawbacks - there is noise outside at night.. I brought my sound machine from home and ear plugs that helped. There were a few heavy smokers nearby apparently so we inhaled quite a bit of second hand smoke in the balcony- you can’t control that though. The television is a smart tv so if you take your 85 year old dad who doesn’t deal with the internet at all, be prepared to help him find something he can watch. The pool isn’t small so if you are wanting to spend much time in the pool, I would look elsewhere. And, finally, in the bathroom nearest the ocean, the sink and shower controls were backwards- hot is all the way to the right and cold is on the left. Evolve was very responsive when I reached out for help. All in all, we had a very restful vacation and enjoyed staying here!

This is probably the most accurate listing I’ve stayed at, which is nice. Condo was the perfect size for 4 adults. Cute, clean. Everything we needed. There were a few beach chairs provided which was very helpful. Beach was nice, a few things were in walking distance. We’d definitely stay here again,

We very much enjoyed staying at this location. It was clean and in an excellent location. I gave it 4 stars because the mattress was pretty bad and the air did not blow through the vent in one of the bedrooms. Also, the condo was next to an Irish pub which was fabulous during the day, but the window in the second bedroom was super thin and you could hear all the rowdiness and partying at night until they closed at 2 am. But we would stay again.

Spring Break Softball trip
Great location! Nice condo; small but efficient and perfect for what we needed. Liked that it has a gym and indoor pool, especially since it was cold and rainy some days. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, but apparently workers were fixing the electrical components to be waterproof. Also, was bummed folks smoked on balconies, which made going out there less enjoyable. Would still stay there again! Hosts were nice!

Last Stay
When we arrived the pass code did not work for the front door. We stood around and made calls to different locations: Elliot, Evolve and the owners. After approximately one hour we were give a new pass code and got in. At bedtime on the first night we discovered that we had no sheets, pillowcases, towels. or wash rags. These items were furnished the next morning and we make our beds..

Horrible stay
Although the overall appearance and layout was ok, the overall experience was horrifying. First I would highly recommend that this property is barred from Vrbo until the owner listens to the reviews of the guests. The horrifying experience mainly comes from the condition of both beds that as old as I am I have never experienced before. I do not know what these mattresses are made off but the felt like you was laying on hard straws with pins every so often. We departed 4 days early so our backs can heal from the pain and damage of the mattresses. What's even worse, the owners was told by many other guests about the horrifying condition of the beds but he chose to ignore comments like "my back will take several weeks to recover from the pains and aches...". This owner needs to be barred from Vrbo or else Vrbo will suffer the consequences. We will never again book with Vrbo as a result of this experience. We are home now, recovering in our beds from the pain and agony of these mattresses that the owner chose not to remedy in spite of guests expressing strong comments about the mattresses condition and functioning. Furthermore, the wicker storage cabinets and drawers are useless. A suitcase is better storage and that's where we stored all our belongings during the stay. Furthermore, the hinges of the one of the shower doors is off the tracks. Furthermore, some the TVs and controllers are nor working. I had to provide batteries for the controllers and call Spectrum to get answers about how to turn on the TVs. Yes, the owners sent maintenance to fix the collapsed bed frame but what's the use when the mattresses are torture chambers. The owner should be ashamed of himself. Enough said. PS: The owner promise repeatedly to provide a vacuum for our use, but he never did.

Not as pictured
This property was not as pictured. The floor was dirty, beds sagged so terribly one of us had to sleep on the couch, which also sagged. Uncomfortable furniture. Balcony furniture was very dirty, sticky and broken. Mold in front bathroom on the ceiling around the air vent. Mold in the light and fan in the back bathroom. I would not recommend this property at all! The balcony was dirty also. This place needs a total rehab! I wish I could post pictures of the property and the issues with it.
