The staff were amazing and friendly. The receptionist was beyond efficient and helpful. She was new to the position and was beyond skilled and patient with all. The PM and AM shuttle drivers were both excellent!

Be aware beds are tall. You need a stool to get up. Staff is nice and friendly except the lady who supervises the breakfast area. Grumpy lady. The airport service and breakfast were a huge plus.
