Reception- UGH!
Reception was awful. We were not greeted. I had to go thru the entire registration process even though I went through the online checkin process. The desk clerk was not friendly or welcoming. She did the bare minimum to get paperwork signed and give me keys. The room, actually a suite, was quiet and well-appointed. The bathroom light would not always turn on and then it would flicker. Breakfast was basic but well-prepared.

The hotel looked clean enough, but our room smelled filthy. The smell keep me from sleeping. I killed 3 roaches in the bathroom floor that I suspect came from under the worn wood work trim on the floor.

Was woken up at 1am to feel a bug crawling on me (likely a bed bug). Staff was very slow to respond when I requested another room and had to call the front desk multiple times. Took almost an hour to get another room; not what you want when you have an early morning. Hotel is older but cleanliness is certainly an issue. Staff was polite enough but cannot recommend based on my experience.
