Great stopover before we headed out to see Japan. Easy to get to from the airport, room was clean but a little dated. Not many of the staff spoke English but they were helpful. Only issue is not great food choices and the main restaurant was closed.

The hotel provide the free shuttle service which is very good. But compared to my previous experiences, not only Nikko hotel but most of the hotel with free shuttle service have reduce the number of free bus service to the Aron Mall and Narita station. .this is sad for me

Nice hotel close to airport
Hotel was clean and nice; staff was kind and helpful. I was not used to sleeping on the mats instead of a bed, so it was a little too firm for me (I knew there weren't beds going in, but I thought I would try it anyway for the experience).

Bring your own coffee don’t expect customer servic
There was no water in the room and worse there was no coffee! When I asked about the coffee in the morning I was told I could buy it from the shop! This should be a basic thing for guests to receive for free. The TV is all in Japanese and no instructions for anything else which is ridiculous. On arrival I was told I could get food but when I went to where the food was I was greeted with, “We close in a few minutes!” No Hello sir or welcome just “We close in a few minutes!” Hardly the welcome one would expect.

This is very convenient near the narita airport with free shuttle to and from! The dining option was very clean, great food selection and desserts. We got the japanese style room which fit the family of 5 and still have a good space to put your luggage. There was a lawson konbini on the first floor as well. Will definitely stay here again

Highly recommended for airport stays
Our flight arrived in the evening so we stayed a night here before heading out into Japan. Very inexpensive but a very nice experience overall. There is a Lawson's store on the premises so we had our first convenience store meal there and withdrew cash from their ATM. Breakfast was an extra charge, but surprisingly good with a mix of Japanese, Chinese and Western food. The restaurants, however, looked overpriced and not the greatest so we skipped eating there.

We had an overnight night and it was an amazing stay. Comfortable bed, staff are good, room is clean with black out curtains and airport shuttle is available.
