Next to fun & everything you’ll need for a trip
Conveniently located near the city “center” as well as lakes, Calaveras State tree state park, and caverns in the area. The house was spacious and comfortable. Refrigerator has water dispenser (something I always like/look for to avoid carrying water). Parking is easy on the long driveway for our 2 car group. Air conditioner was good (central air) for the summer heat which is always a great plus. Backyard has plenty of furniture and lighting to keep everyone chatting into the evening or dining outside. The only “thing” was the bed was quite firm in the 2nd room/ guest room so my friend used the 3rd room which was vacant anyway as the bed was better there. Bathrooms and kitchen was stocked with everything you need to get clean and cook up a meal. Coffee (keurig) and tea was present and enjoyed. Neighborhood was safe, quiet, and had relaxing vibe.

Home away from home
This home was absolutely beautiful! It was well appointed with everything you could need. The yard was so amazing and relaxing. Our four legged family members also felt welcomed and had a great time. We will definitely be back!

Fabulous!
We stayed two nights at Carrin's lovely house. We cannot recommend it highly enough. There were so many extra touches that made the house a home. It's close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood and is a perfect place to relax. We loved the decor, the beds were extra comfy, the kitchen had more than we could have asked for, and the backyard was very peaceful and beautiful. My friend and I would love to return with our furry kids.

Great location and super child friendly
Two families stayed there with one toddler. The place was cozy and clean, and super close to downtown. What we really loved was how toddler friendly it was! There were child proof implementations all throughout the house and a lot of toys. We had a great stay!

Amazing girls weekend
Thank you Carrin for sharing your beautiful home. It was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the weekend. The location was close to Main Street, just a short walk. The backyard was so relaxing to enjoy our morning coffee. The check in and check out process was so easy and Carrin was very responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

House is cute and had plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. While we did not use the kitchen it was full of everything you might need. The backyard is huge and offers a lot of great space to enjoy the outdoor weather.

Fun at the Stomp
We were a group of 4 women in Murphys for the Grape Stomp. The house was great- plenty of room. We could have had two more people comfortably. The walk to town is flat and easy, the neighborhood is quiet, and the house and yard are really comfortable and decorated nicely. We will definitely stay here again.

Midweek getaway
We love Murphys and we were looking forward to visiting. The house was great! It had everything we needed and the additional touches were much appreciated! The yard was awesome. Make time to sit back there and enjoy it. The weather was hot but the air conditioning did the trick. Communication with our host was always on point. She even let us check in early. We definitely recommend this beautiful home. We will be back!

Great home to rent
We had a very pleasant stay in this home. The first thing we all noticed was how clean and how great the place looked and smelled. The decor was nice, furniture comfortable and bedrooms very spacious. My favorite part of the house was the outside. The patio had great shade and I loved all the greenery and flowers. Unfortunately, we had triple digit weather and couldn't spend as much time outside as we would've liked. We did have to drive to downtown, but that was mainly due to heat. The Watering Hole Restaurant that was a few blocks away was a bust. The food was horrible, but the beers and service were okay. We will definitely stay here again when the temperature is cooler!

Love Murphy’s and this house!
This was our second stay at this house in Murphy’s. We love the house, it has everything one could need for a comfortable stay; from a well equipped kitchen to three comfortable bedrooms. The separate office is a plus as we had to work while away. The backyard is an oasis with several seating areas. We ate a few meals outside and it was pleasant. The location is ideal; just a short walk to downtown. Our family always makes sure to eat at restaurants downtown an it’s nice that we can leave the car and enjoy the short walk. We appreciated the wine and visited the winery and picked up a few bottles to take home. We will definitely book this house again in the future!

Murphy’s Weekend
We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean and the beds are quite comfortable. Nice big backyard with multiple places to sit and eat or just relax. The kitchen is light and updated with everything you could possibly need to cook a meal. The house is located in a newer neighborhood, a 10-15 min walk to the main drag in Murphy’s. Too far for us with a 2 year old (without a stroller) but probably ok with older kids and adults.It took 2-3 minutes to drive to the main part of town and there is plenty of parking, so it wasn’t a problem . The house has a modern open feel. This is a very kid and dog friendly place. We all enjoyed our weekend in Murphy’s!

Wine Weekend Getaway
Super cute, well appointed home in a great location in Murphys. Within walking distance of any place you would want to visit in town. Makes a good base camp for most adventures in the foothills. Backyard makes a great place to relax after your daytime adventures. Would stay here again.

Amazing experience
This was our first time to Muphys. We came for my step sons wedding and stayed 3 nights. The home was clean and beautiful with many personal touches to feel relaxed and comfortable. The backyard was breathtaking and huge!! My one regret was we were too busy to spend more time out there. The location is perfect. Short walk to amazing places to eat and shop and wineries galore! While here with my husband and daughter I couldn’t help but think how this is the perfect house for a girls weekend trip. (I was texting them constantly telling them we needed to come back and stay here) The owners have done a beautiful job and thinking of every detail, that you will need and enjoy. Can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful and well appointed
Large home with plenty of living space. The backyard made this property truly lovely and my family spent most of our time outdoors, enjoying family dinners and quiet times, as well, reading and enjoying the beautiful California weather
