Room and bathroom are very small, bed and pillows are not comfortable. Reviews are overrated, I would not rate this hotel as exceptional, at most I would say average (6 out of 10). I find it pricey, there are better options in the area in the price range. The restaurant food was good.

They use Spanish speaking employees from neighboring poor countries who are often customer facing to carry out their corrupt policies. All the Uruguayans (white) hide out from being customer facing. They have one white Uruguayan girl managing the brown skinned employees. She is a bully. Stay away from this property.

Soro is a relatively small boutique hotel. The room was extremely clean with wonderful beautiful funky furnitures. The king bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good and satisfying. Finally, staff was extremely professional, friendly, and eager to help with all sort of questions.

Small and well organized. Excellent staff DOWNSIDE > Parking in the surroundings. Hotel parking limited to 4 cars, which is terrible for a city like Montevideo.
