"The location is within 5mins drive from Kawaguchiko Station. There is a big supermarket 5mins walk from the hotel. The room is a bit small for 3 persons. You can see Mt Fuji from the room with view of the mountain."

"It’s a spa resort with a shuttle to/from the station and the doorway. Great staff & services. Gorgeous views and an amazing breakfast buffet and top notch restaurant for other meals. The onsen was public and worth going. You’re there to relax unwind and enjoy the views and surroundings. Well that ticked every box. Lovely!!"

"Amazing stay at Hanaori! We stayed at the Deluxe Room with private open-air bath. Staff were wonderful, there's welcome-drink at the reception. The view was amazing; you can see the lake from the lobby & dining area. There's foot-onsen also overlooking the lake. Dining is all buffet, but it's the same every night / every morning. Public bath was also great (both indoor and outdoor). Absolutely no tattoos allowed in the public bath. Walking distance to Hakone ropeway to get the black-eggs. "
