Nice staff but bad beds
The hotel was clean and the staff was courteous. The bed was very uncomfortable. I have a alot of back problems so I need a soft bed. Also the bed frame was sticking out and my wife and sister caught their legs on it. The breakfast was OK. But they had a traveling basketball team having breakfast with everyone. They were yelling alot of swear words and racist talk. We were talking to the other guests and we were all hoping for the staff would intervene. But it looked like they wanted nothing to do with the situation. I guess I can't blame them. It's a hard thing to deal with.

Friendly staff, easy parking, spacious room. Some wall fixtures were falling apart, like the toilet paper holder was coming off wall. It also had a strange smell. Enjoyed their breakfast.

We have stayed here before. The lobby was decorated and looked lovely. The front desk staff is kind, friendly and helpful. Our room was street-side and it was a bit noisy. The room is spacious. The bathroom shower and tub are adequate. The elevators and hallways were a little unkempt. We had no problem with parking space in the lot. Again, we are generally pleased with the hotel. When you call someone always picks up and they are attentive to requests. It is in a very convenient location and we will stay again.

Kids loved the pool. It was cleanish, and not crowded. Front desk seemed bothered by any requests we had IE pool towels and pillows! Took a Looooong time to receive pillows. The air conditioner kept one half of the room very cold and the other half of the room was very stuffy and hot. there was no in between. For a Marriott property, very disappointed with the staff and the cleanliness. We will not stay here again. I wish I had not used my expedia points toward this room, I feel it was a waste!
