Unhappy with owner
Less than 24 hours after we arrived, the hot water heater went out. The rental management company sent someone to evaluate, who determined a plumber needed to be called in. The plumber recommended a new hot water heater was needed and he was available to get the job done that day and the present one was reset and started working again briefly. The owner decided not to replace it and it went out again within 24 hours. We were then moved to another rental. When in communication with the rental management company representative, I told him we would not be returning to this rental because of the owner's response to a problem with the unit, even though we were offered a 15% discount on a future stay. I asked him, with the thousands of accommodation choices in the Destin area, why would we return to a rental where the owner treats his customers that way?

The house was beautiful. One of the pools is right across the first door. The other is just a 3 minute drive in the golf cart. The beach is so clean and beautiful, just 5 minute drive in the golf cart. Different dinning options is just 5 minutes in the golf cart. Prefect location for the family. Property management was very responsive. The house had surf boards for the kids and some beach chairs. Besides the pots and dishes in the kitchen you have to buy every you may need, seasoning, foil, napkins, and sponge to wash the dishes. Trash is picked up daily which was very nice. I would definitely stay again. 😊

VERY NICE!
We loved everything about this place. The house is literally across from the pool. All beds were nice & clean. Golf cart ride to Baytowne Wharf for dinner, dancing & the beach! Only thing we didn't like was the pool, it felt like a sauna, it was so HOT!! Overall we loved it!

Perfect!
This is a very nice home with the community pool just steps away. We have stayed in this community 2 times now. It offers shopping, beach access, restaurant's, groceries, fun activities for the kids and a great Marina. You can come here and stay and have no need to get out in the tourist traffic- you can literally go everywhere on a golf cart! My family loves this place!

Family Vacation
This property is nestled deep on the bayside of Sandestin. The golf cart makes moving all throughout the community SO easy. Plenty of privacy and great location. The bottom floor seemed to be updated recently, but the second floor doesn’t look to be updated at all. Besides the second floor needing a bit of TLC, everything else was great. The screened back porch was perfect for late night sitting and relaxing. The “fourth” bedroom is a bunk in the open loft area between the two upstairs bedrooms.

Very Nice House
Lovely property with four full bathrooms which is great when you have six people in the house. We enjoyed our stay very much. Great location. Very quiet. Loved the golf cart. Highly recommend.

Great house
This home was perfect for the size our our party and the location with the golf cart was wonderful. The primary bedroom has blackout curtains which make you sleep for days! The 2 bedrooms and loft area are bright and cheery. Our only complaint was we wished the loft area had been promoted as a loft. Zero privacy for the 2 beds with traffic going in between rooms to get to the stairs. Teens care but kids wouldn’t. The 6 seater golf cart was amazing to use for beach access, driving to Grand Boulevard or to the Wharf at Sandestin.

Family Beach Vacation.
House was spacious and beautiful, plenty of room for all eight people in our party. Location was great! Driving golf cart around neighborhood and shopping was a big hit with the kids. Communication with rental company was stellar. Bungalo was across the street from the pool. Only deducted points for cleanliness based on the floor, the floor was sandy and needed a washing. Great place! Would stay again.

Perfect spot for kids!
This house was perfect for our families! Quiet spots for our baby to rest and an upstairs living room that the two five year olds enjoyed playing and having movie nights! The location is right next to the pool! And the provided golf cart made running to the beach and wharf a breeze!

Happy Family of Nine
The house was perfect for our group of nine. So many bed options, that everyone could find the perfect space. The golf cart was a real plus. And our host, Neal, was the most responsive service provider I have ever encountered. I must have asked him questions daily and his response was immediate, pleasant and helpful. He was a treasure! Red flags prevented us from swimming in the ocean but the nearby pool was perfect. I can’t say enough about the property. We were very pleased.

When we arrived the bungalow was exactly what it stated! The pool was right out the front door and the kids loved that between everything else we did, the golf cart was a lifesaver to drive to beach, store and activities close by. The property fit our group well and we would definitely re book when we come back!

Perfect trip!
We so enjoyed our stay at this home. The house was beautifully decorated & clean, and we had everything we needed. Being right by the pool was fun for the kids. The golf cart was a very nice touch and made getting around more fun! The resort is very nice. We went to the resort beach access one day by golf cart. We went to Top Sail Preserve the other days and found it to be more low key! We would absolutely come back again! Thank you for having us. We really didn’t want to leave!
