Good Location, Accuracy of Listing and Cleanliness Could Be Improved
Our group of 8 adults and 4 children had an okay stay. The house itself is small to comfortable fit a group this size, despite having sleeping arrangements for large groups. Living space is really only suitable for 4-5 adults. Overall, I felt the property listing photos did not accurately depict this property. Despite being remodeled, the house is much older than the photos make it appear. The bunk room is very small (just enough room for the beds, but nothing else). We were not the most satisfied with the cleanliness of the property (upon arrival, could tell one toilet was not cleaned from precious stay, floors not swept; gnats inside were a nuisance throughout the stay; and we did not use the bunk room after 1 night due to ants).
We did communicate with the host these items and he quickly responded to the issues (offered to have a cleaning person come out, see if there was anything to do about the bugs, and ultimately did refund us some money back). The location of the house is good. Street is quiet.
