Great Massanutten Adventure House

We had an excellent time staying at this awesome house! This was our second stay and the owners had upgraded more things this past year. This house comes with an amazingly large game room, spacious bedrooms, clean bathrooms and fully stocked kitchen. With good weather, you can take advantage of the newly installed fire pit and deck areas. Great owners and great house!

This property was perfect for our family getaway! Everyone enjoyed the game room, and we also had fun grilling on the upper deck. The location of this property was perfect as well, close to the tubing area and the waterpark.

Great House

House was clean and spacious. Game room was a big hit with my grandsons. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and serving bowls. The washer and dryer was surely a plus. We didn't use outdoor space due to the frigid temperatures but the deck and fire pit is available. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. I would stay here again.

Great location and nicely set up home

This home was a great layout for our extended family stay. One full bedroom and bathroom in the basement, with the workout area and sitting room. 3 other bedrooms upstairs with 2 bathrooms. 1/2 bath on main level with kitchen, dining and living room. Garage has been converted to the game room, which was a big hit! Made parking multiple vehicles a bit tricky not knowing we didn't have a garage for parking, but we made it work. Nice deck and lower level fire pit (rainy weekend, but would have enjoyed these!) House is well equipped. Prior renters did not check out on time, which delayed our check in. More of an inconvenience than anything, but hosts were very accommodating. We did think this rushed the cleaners some (not their fault), and left some areas not as clean as we would prefer. Floors definitely needed a good mopping. A wet swiffer would have helped (we had an infant with us and could have used it several times). Overall, nice home, well equipped, great location. Would stay again!

Beautiful Mountain Stay!

We had a wonderful stay, with a breathtaking view and backyard full of squirrels and birds. The game room was so much fun and everything we needed was there. The hosts were easy to contact and I would recommend this house to anyone. Thanks for a great vacation!

Exceptional Home

The owners of this home have thought of everything and then some to make your stay a wonderful experience. The house has a great layout over 3 floors to give everyone privacy. The game room is the best I've seen in a rental. We will definitely return.

Beautiful Home with Paradise Game Room!

I was looking for a place where we can stay with my family and celebrate my son's 17th birthday. This was the best gift for him! the house was amazing ,very big and we all had space. The game room extraordinary fun! Adults got in love with the FirePit outside and with the view in the mornings. Great location to all activities in Massanuten. Fredy was so helpful and always in communication with us. The Best time ever! We are planning to come back in winter!

Wonderful Stay!

What a beautiful home!! Our entire family enjoyed spending time in the game room and around the firepit in the evenings. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The owners were extremely responsive and would answer our questions within a minute or two.

Wonderful return visit!

This was our second visit and it was even better than the first! There have been some upgrades including a beautiful new patio area for sitting out and roasting marshmallows. As we prepared to leave we all agreed that we hope our visit will be a yearly tradition!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the property! The hosts were very accommodating and we really enjoyed the game room, fire pit and grill. The outside space is very nice and relaxing and the house was comfortable and spacious for all of us.

Awesome home!

We loved this property! We enjoyed the outside deck and fire pit area in the evenings! The game room and karaoke provided fun activities at night! The beds and pillows were so comfortable! We would definitely like to stay here again!

Great place very well located and perfect for anyone who want to do sports on the area. Only down side is comming from the continious noise coming from the blowing unit beside the basement Room.

Fantastic Getaway

We had a great time at Give Me S'More! Our group included two families with kids 4-14, and there was something for everyone to enjoy in the game room. The dining area was generous, which was nice for accommodating our group, something that you don't find at all rentals. We appreciated the proximity to snow tubing, the waterpark, and surrounding restaurants/stores. Everything was very clean, and check-in/out were seamless. Overall, one of the best rentals I've stayed at!

Fun for all

I stayed with my family and a friend’s family. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. Plenty of room to spread out and stocked with amenities. The game room was a huge hit! It kept the kids entertained as well as the adults. We also enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The property was very close to the market, waterpark and snow tubing. Perfect little getaway. Great Getaway

We are so happy we had the privilege of staying at this amazing house for the weekend! It was very clear the owners were extremely thoughtful with decorating each and every room with a decorative theme, plenty of comfortable pillows, blankets, and furniture. One of the most important things we noticed is this house is extremely clean and well stocked with a full kitchen, coffee, all kinds of games for all ages and much more! Between smart TVs, home devices, AND an entire game room that lights up when speaking to google. This house has the absolute best game room with multiple gaming consoles, a large Air Hockey Table, Pinball, DDR, etc. Your kids will LOVE this room and everything is in great working condition! This house provided an excellent getaway for our family and is only a couple minutes from the Massanutten Water Park! I highly recommend you and your family book this house!

Game room Haven

The house was perfect for our family. The game room was a hit with the guys ages ranging from 8 to 45. There was something for everyone. The house was equipped with everything we needed and lived up to the descriptions on the website. Our host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely try to book it again in the future if we come to that area again.

Family Bonding

It was great, not much to do because everything was mostly closed on the resort because of staffing. The house was great basement family area could use a heating system like the game room had because it was freezing down there so my family and I didn’t get to utilize that space as much as we would’ve liked to.

Great family weekend!

The house was in a great location to meet some family members coming from Virginia and Pennsylvania! We enjoyed playing games at the big table and it was close to lots of hiking trails and wineries!
