Where to even start. They're running on a strict budget therefore dont expect much from this hotel. You need to pay to use the safe in your room, you need to pay to have wifi in your room and the food in the restaurant looks like dog food. The rooms barely get a decent clean due to the fact that theres only 1 or 2 people cleaning the whole hotel. Pay a little extra and go somewhere else!!!

Arrived to meet family who had already been at hotel for 10 days. ROOMS..very spacious. Lots of storage. Double bed .single bed and large single sofa bed . Cleanliness of room was a bit slapdash and some plugs hanging off wall.good size balcony overlooking the cemetery. FOOD..food was extremely repetitive and not very warm . Burgers and chips at the snack bar were normally cold . ENTERTAINMENT .was very good and could not fault it . DRINKS..although it appeared most of the time only on member of staff on duty we never had to wait long for a drink although I'm sure this wouldn't be the case in height of season. STAFF .with the exception of a couple of staff I have never in 17 years of coming to Turkey met such rude staff. I know its end of season but no excuse. The price was extremely cheap so we were not expecting anything special from this hotel but was still disappointed

Lovely hotel
The hotel was excellent, the staff were pleasant and helpful and the food was good, typical Turkish all inclusive food. Our room was very large, containing three beds, the bathroom was clean and very well equipped with shower gel, shampoo, clean towels etc. At night there was entertainment for the children staying there and also some fairly good entertainment for families in general. The site of the hotel is a long way from the sea front but that is easily accessible via local dolmus buses which regularly pass right past the entrance to the hotel. Our room backed on to a forest of pine trees which we found very quiet and peaceful. The only downside to our stay, which was in no way a reflection on the hotel itself, was the appalling conduct of some of the guests in the hotel, ranging from loud banging and shouting at 5 a.m. from a room opposite ours during which security staff had to be called who threatened to call the police to the individuals involved, and another guest actually throwing food over one of the chefs because he wanted his food hotter. Also, some of the behaviour around the bar at night, especially near to closing time, was atrocious, but again this was no reflection on the hotel itself. All incidents were dealt with in a professional manner by the staff of the hotel and restaurant. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Everything was good but the swimming pool I didn’t like because everyone reserves a chair by just putting a towel and goes swimming for hours or one person reserve 4 chairs while they all have a turn in the pool for the whole day. Thier should be staff to keep and eye out if your not using the chair ,you should only be allowed to reserve it for an hour. The food was good not bad and overall everything was good. Swimming part was unfair .

Holiday was good for the price that was paid, you should always expect that things are always different when you go to foreign you go on a foreign venture, i personally believe that they could improve on the food and have more traditional food from turkey after all i went to turkey to experience their food and culture, i understand from other users that have been there before that this has changed since new owners have taken over, but i will go back again Regards Steve

Terrible hotel
We have booked all inclusive holidays many times in Turkey and we're very impressed. This was the first time that we booked via Expedia and were very disappointed. The room was a good size but the facilities were very poor. The hotel needs a complete overhaul. The food was awful and some of the meats uncooked. A telling feature was that the food health certificate was 5 years out of date. It might have been a good hotel when they achieved their certifications but the standards have not been maintained. I would not recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing in particular our rep yildre and front office staff Mert made our stay extra special and close to heart. If we go back there it would be cause of them two. However the wifi in the hotel is absolutely shockingly terrible even once we purchased the enhanced wifi package. Also the food was really bad and bland and very repetitive which didn't cater for the wider people who went and stayed there. This feeling about the food was mutual amongst other customers who resided in the hotel.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful view
Me and my partner stayed at this hotel from the end of May until 6th of June. Everything was nice and clean, the room was huge for 2 people, with a big balcony and a view of the mountains. The food was great and plenty, with a variety of international and local dishes. Every night we had a different show from their entertainment staff. The pool was nice, clean and there was a snack bar opened all day, with a lot of activities and fun things. The worst thing was the wi-fi and the private beach. We had all inclusive so the internet was free but even if you paid for it you would get a weak and very slow internet connection. Overall, our holiday was great and we had an amazing time.

Hotel is extremely clean and well kept, new and simple design. To be honest the only down falls were the WIFI and on some days the food apart from that I had a great time. lets put it this way, if the WIFI worked and didn't keep dropping regardless were you was in the hotel I would be rating this hotel 5* based on location, rooms, staff and cost.
