Won’t be back
Messaged the property management the morning of check in to see if we could come a little earlier than 4 pm they messaged us back 2 days later telling us no lol. When picking up the keys there were 3 in the lock box we only took 2 because there was 2 of us and we didn’t want to risk loosing track of another key. The following night after check in we went to go leave and there was a 3rd key in a clear card pocket sitting out front of our door that opened the hotel room. We aren’t sure if someone entered our room without telling us or what but leaving a key that opens our hotel room in the middle of the hallway so any guest or staff could enter our room is so scary. We had just gotten married the day before so we had all our wedding money and cards in the room as well as expensive jewelry, watches, and clothes. I will not be staying with this property management again. We contacted the 1800 number to tell them about the key situation and they said someone from the local team would contact us immediately to tell us why this happened. We have yet heard from anyone. If you want to stay in the Westin book directly with the hotel.
