Una vez adentro, usted caerá en amor con esta casa independiente de nueva construcción situado en la Sierra Star Golf Course. Esta casa de estilo artesano más reciente se encuentra en el barrio residencial de Mammoth enclavado en el bosque con vistas al campo de golf en tiempo de verano. Cerrar distancia al eje principal de la ciudad en el pueblo. La casa ofrece acabados de alta gama con una hermosa decoración de montaña y ahora ofrece su propio jacuzzi privado en la terraza de arriba. El espacio de estar abajo dispone de 3 dormitorios completos, 2 baños, amplia sala de barro y lavadero. Arriba se encuentra la sala de estar principal con un gourmet completamente equipada cocina "cocineros", mesa de comedor para 8-10 personas, y una sala abierta rodeada de ventanas y luz. Aquí también se encuentra la gran suite principal con un baño de lujo que tiene una bañera y ducha de hidromasaje de remojo. oropel hojas suaves de lujo están en cada nueva cama dándole la noche más relajante sueño que haya tenido en mucho tiempo! Holiday Snowboarding
The place was perfect for what we wanted. Traveled with my wife, 3 young kids and their aunt and uncle. Plenty of space in the house. Close to village. Very clean and well kept. Even had some small hills next to the house and on the golf course for the kids to sled and play on. Only negative would be the internet which cut out one night. We were told at check in that this may happen on busy/holiday seasons so we were at least warned. It didn’t affect us though as we go to disconnect but if you are planning on getting work done and absolutely cannot go without WiFi then I’d be prepared. We would book again.

Conflict with the property manager
The bed frame in one of the King downstairs room was broken and I requested to have it fixed on the friday but no one came so we had to figure out how to fix the bed so that it could be slept in, by finding pieces of wood in the garage to make the mattress stable. There was also 2 garbage bags left in the garage from the previous guests. Also, the bathroom in the bunk bed room was not available for our use as it was locked from the inside. I found the property manager difficult to deal with. I had asked if we could have a late checkout prior to our arrival, the response was as long as there were no guests coming in after us, it would be fine. When we called to confirm the late checkout, we encountered an unpleasant terse response that I would have to pay $25 an hour beyond the 10am check out. I found this to be shocking especially with our having to deal with the broken bed, trash in the garage and the locked bathroom door.

Our second time here
This was our second time staying in this cabin. The cabin is very nice and is located in a great spot, close to the village. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working (we come up at least once per year, and always in a property with a hot tub). We placed a call and text message to the management company and did not receive a response until the next day. At which time we were told they would send out the spa guy to take a look. by the afternoon, the spa guy hadn't showed up and we reached out again. The response we got was that the spa guy isn't their employee and they have no idea when he will get there, but that he was going to come. He finally came, when we weren't there. Didn't leave us anything to know he had been there and again we had to reach out to see what was going on. We were then told that there was a broken part on the spa (don't remember exactly what part she said it was), but that they had to order it and she had no idea when it would be repaired. Needless to say, it wasn't repaired while we were there. Nobody ever followed up with us to let us know, or to apologize for not having something working that we had planned on using, or to say or offer anything in consolation. Complete and total lack of concern for whether or not we were satisfied.. I don't think it should be my responsibility as a consumer to have to ask or suggest for the management company to make things right (also the main TV in the living room was not and would not connect to the internet, but we already knew they wouldn't do anything to resolve it). So, although the house was nice and we would most likely have rented numerous times in the future, I doubt that we will ever rent this one or any other property managed by Ready 4 Rentals again. Not because the hot tub wasn't working, more so because of the total lack of concern as to whether or not we were taken care of.

Really great place to stay
The property is in a really quaint neighborhood on the golf course. The house is really nice, clean and has a perfect Kitchen and Upstairs space for Community. The outdoor decks, chairs and Hot Tub also make this a great place for any family or families to have a really special time together. I'd come back here for sure. We really loved it.

The property was clean and well maintained except the hot tub water. The water was cloudy and the chemicals were low. We did finally get someone to come and add chemicals. Also the lower rack in the dishwasher did not stay on it track, the wheels kept falling off. The rack was difficult to get to back on and difficult to roll.

Beautiful cabin in a stunning location
This was a beautiful clean cabin located at walking distance to the town center. Stunning surroundings. Perfect for a group of 10. Unfortunately the communication with the management was poor. It was hard to reach them and has to wait for a while for a response from them if any. Also with they were more rigid on check and check out. Other than that everything else was great!

Fabulous Mammoth Home
This house is even more beautiful in person than how it shows in the photographs. We took our whole family for a ski trip (6 adults and three children) and there was plenty of room for all of us. It is meticulously clean and well maintained. The home is beautifully furnished, and all of the beds were very comfortable. It is conveniently located close to the Village and Main Street, so we had no problem getting to the slopes, even though we were there during a big snowstorm. We would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Mammoth!

We had such a great stay at this mammoth cabin. The location was great, walking distance so the village and only a few minutes drive to the mountain. The space was so clean and really exceed our expectations. Would definitely book again!

Little Slice of Heaven
Beautifully built and adorned, this property is a dream. Clean, spacious, great location, beautiful surroundings. We were fortunate to have the area all to ourselves in the shoulder season, and it was a heavenly place to unwind. We all thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

Well Maintained Home In Town
Really Enjoyed our stay here. The owners of the home clearly have pride in ownership, beds, kitchen equipment, furniture, towels, even a few chairs we could use to relax by the lake on our hikes, CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN everything felt like Luxury Hotel Quality. Even a little trunk with a few toys/games my kiddos enjoyed. Would absolutely come back.

Warm summer vacation
Unusually warm weather in Mammoth during the first few days. Low 90's. Note the unit has no A/C so cooling off the place was a challenge. Not a lot of windows that actually open. Once the weather cooled to the low 80's, no issue. One big issue we had was the fridge had obviously failed recently and what we found in its place was a rather old standby fridge. We only realized it wasn't working either after buying our groceries. I will say that the property manager's team did everything possible to address the issue and we had a new fridge by the end of the next day. We were also compensated for our trouble. Great customer service. One last comment. There is some new units being built in the neighborhood and the construction starts at 7am sharp Monday-Saturday. Hard to sleep in past 7 with the windows open.

Beautiful but problematic!
This is a beautiful home in the absolute best location! I can tell the the home is lovingly used by the owner and is well prepared for their family. However, the HOA is not very tolerant to renters and the agency will charge you extra for everything. We are accustomed to home rentals as we have a ski-in, ski-out property in Northstar, Lake Tahoe and listed with Tahoe Luxury Properties. We are a quiet family who was traveling to Mammoth for the Mammoth Motocross weekend, in which parts of us have been coming to since the 90’s. Here are my abbreviated thoughts that are inconveniently left out of the VBRO listing (small print included). -should you arrive early and ask for an early arrival you will be charged $25 per hour. - the listing says you may have 4 cars on the property. We were traveling with my husband’s race rig (which fit perfectly fine in the driveway) and we’re very rudely told we would need to move it or we would be fined by the HOA. (A neighbor flat out said to us these are multimillion dollar homes and we’d like it to be kept looking like that.) The property manager was helpful and kind but did not support us as their guests. Should we have been fined the owner and property management should have fronted this issue as I did my due diligence reading and nowhere does it show a vehicle size limit. -the property is only supplied with 3days worth of toilet paper and paper towels and the ‘fine print’ then says you shall supply your own! - the hot tub is set at 108 and when I read the welcome manual and called the spa contact the first person I spoke with asked me a few questions then handed the phone to someone else and that speaker pretended to speak Spanish to me and hug up. - the downstairs bunk room had bunk beds that literally swayed when you touched them. I would NEVER put my 4 young children in them. (Management was prompt to change my card $75 for early arrival, but needed an email and hour later phone call to get a maintenance man over). He was was kind but baffled as us as how the beds could get that dangerously loose and the pre-inspection or housekeeper could not notice to report. Again, this is a beautiful home, I just never got the relaxation I hoped to get because of the endless problems from the management and the HOA.

Great family vacation
Great spring break vacation for our family + another family - 4 adults and 4 kids in total. Plenty of space for us all and the location could not be better. 3 min from Canyon lodge and restaurants. We were in need of a few things during our stay and the owners responded immediately and provided us with everything we needed. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!
