Depressing hotel. Nothing exciting. The staff at the front desk is rude. Had dinner at the steakhouse on the property. Extremely overpriced for what they offer. Harrah’s no more for us. The only good experience we had at the Starbucks on the property.

NO HOT WATER
The room was dirty.. Corners & table tops dirty. THERE WASNT ANY HOT WATER ON THE 17th floor after running it for almost 30 minutes. A call to the front desk at 9:30 was only going to give us a maintenance person. Since the room didn’t have a water heater I could see zero reason to let them into the room at that hour. Very disappointing.

Poor experience at this hotel. Room.was clean but rom.was advertised as renovated but felt old. Water toom almost 15 minutes to get hot in sink and shower, soap dispenser in shower was empty and glass shower doors wouldnt stay closed while showering. After getting out of this horrible shower experience, someone knocked on my door. I responded with a "hello" and again there was another knock so again i shouted "hello".....the girl just walked in the room and when she then saw me, she left akd said she would come back. Im guessing it was housekeeping but why would she just walk in after i said hello TWICE. It was only 10:30 am and check out isnt until 11. I went to the front desk to check.out and began to tell Melinda about the horrible morning with the shower and her immediate reply was that i should have called them and they would have taken care of it. I said, really, was i suppose to call while i was in the shower to tell them there was no soap and the door wouldn't stay shut. Without an apology or notion of empathy, Melinda then told me that she didnt like my attitude and they have been installing some new features but havent finished yet in all rooms. Again, really? Soap is a newly added feature and wanting to keep the shower door closed so water wouldn't ruin the bathroom? Ridiculous!!!

Dining choices are limited, had to leave the property a couple times for a meal as some of the restaurants were closed (not good). Room was recently remodeled, paint was fresh and room was clean, the bed was good, great shower! Room was bare bones though, no fridge, no microwave, no coffee machine. Had to go downstairs for a $7.00 cup of coffee in the AM! Only 1 chair in the room, if you order room service one person can sit at the table the other stands or eats on the bed. I’ll rethink my room choice on my next stay. Slots were looser than I have seen ‘em.

Needs updating.. Don't use the kiosk, they will assign you the bottom floors. Stated it has been remodeled, actually it had been refreshed per a staff member.
