Nice place.
Nice apartment, said it had a dryer but it didnt and you could not hang clothes on balcony to dry. Do yourself a favor and get a rental car, not many jeepney's or cabs. Kitchen is alittle lacking in equipment.

Very very disappointed and won’t be back
I am very disappointed, i waste my time and money, i went in the property and waited for so almost 30 minutes for the person who got the key and still the person won’t show up so I left the property and rent other place to stay that night.

View is awesome. The staff is great. You have to arrange a ride ahead of time so you don't have to worry about getting late for appointments

The property was very peaceful and the ocean views were amazing! We enjoyed watching the sun set. There is a very nice restaurant nearby associated with the property. The downside is that its a bit far from Cebu, about a 30 to 45 minute travel time depending on traffic. Just make sure to get a business card from a good taxi driver who is willing to take you places. We were on the 16th floor. The pool seemed to be heated. It was amazing! Suggested new shower heads. The WIFI was good.

The property was very nice and quiet. The pools and fitness center were great. What I didn’t like was that the property advertised a clothes dryer which it did not have and that it was far from town.

Pros - Communication from the property management was great and check in was very easy. Cons - The property is all the way at the end of Punta Engano, so very difficult to get a taxi. There are no real restaurants or shops that you can walk to. 16B was facing the strait between Mactan and Cebu City, so the bad side of the island. Very thin blanket for the bed and no top sheet. Pillows were ok. Woke up to ants everywhere in the apartment on the first morning, so moved.

Bad night
The problem is that the owner didn’t tell us that the microwave is not working. Besides, the toilet is not flushing. I called the management about it but told us it’s the owner responsibility. Then called up the owner and just told us that no time to fix it coz we’re only staying for one night. What a nightmare.
