One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had!! Everything from the warm welcome from the owner, Sandy to the comfortable sleep I had in the beautiful Victorian style room was wonderful. The hotel is a memorable luxury experience at a great price. I highly recommend this historic hotel for its ambience, lovely host, its beautiful historic architecture, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and the magical view of the mountains. The omelette breakfast was delicious and included in the price. The owner offers additional snacks, beverages, and toiletries. Only 30 minutes to Woodstock and 15 minutes to Windham. Great property and location! This would be a great place for wedding party guests.

This was our first B&B experience. Our room was clean, it was quiet and comfortable. Sandy and her staff were super friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really good. The building and rooms have a vintage feel, not some new age cookie cutter stuff...but like an old and comfortable parlor setting. We loved it. We will definitely be back.

If you want take the experience to sleep in the very old town it is the place. The house is more a 100 years and the owners maintain excellent. The breakfast is hand made in the moment. It is super nice place.

The owner hostress were very pleasant, attentive and caring, guiding us even at late night when we had arrived. Very delicious in house-made breakfast cooked fresh per personal order. Very nice room settings and firm comfortable matress. Both AC unit and openable windows satisfies any individual preferences for temperature and fresh air.

The service was fantastic. The owner of the property was so nice. Hotel was clean and breakfast which was included was great. We also enjoyed the amenities. Sandy is a fantastically attentive host. The 1890 house is meticulously kept and very comfortable. She makes herself available and is a wealth of advice. I would stay there again.

Stay was great. The Innkeeper was very nice and the perfect host. The interior of the Inn was amazing. The only negative was the cold draft coming into the room from the window behind the bed. Other than that, I would recommend!
