Its a nice hotel with a nice swimming pool and a gym. The area is wonderful and safe. Staff very friendly specialy Andrew! However, the restaurants and any activities are ridiculously overpriced!

The staff and restaurant were great. Having been there a few years prior, I saw the decline in the upkeep of the room--especially the bathroom. Although we did not stay on the retreat side of the campus, I think we still deserved a room that did not have European hair all over the place and a mold-free bathroom. Even after asking for a deep clean, the shower was left in the same condition.

Love this hotel, they think of everything from body lotion and shampoo in the bedrooms that smells amazing, a beautiful pool, two fantastic bars and restaurants, beautiful decor, turn down the bed at night, fresh coffee, biscuits, tea & water in the rooms. Can’t wait to go back in a few days after our gorilla expedition. The staff are exceptional too.

Heaven Boutique Staff are the Best!
The entire Heaven Boutique staff, including hotel, restaurant and resort staff, were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived until the time we left, the staff were attentive, courteous and professional. It is clear they take pride in their work! They are the best hotel and restaurant staff l've ever experienced. That is no exaggeration. The hotel and surrounding grounds were clean and well-cultivated. The restaurant served quality, tasty food, both breakfast and dinner. And the spa staff and services were great. I want to thank Nina, Yvette, Derrick, Lionel, Lawrence, Mavis, Happiness, Fatuma, Josiane, Junior, and all the others whose names I'm sorry l've forgotten for a truly fun and memorable stay. We hope to return. You are the best!

One of the best places to stay anywhere!
Heaven Restaurant and Hotel is an incredible gem! Not only is it very reasonably priced you have access to the entire Heaven campus which includes two beautiful and amazing restaurants including the one on The Retreat property next door, which also has high end accommodations. Two lovely pools, a yoga facility, wonderful local art, and a staff that is engaging and helpful.

The Heaven Boutique Hotel is beautiful, the staff is outstanding! They provided excellent service and were so welcoming. The room was very clean and the restaurant has delicious food in a wonderful and calm location, with trees and flowers, a few walking distance steps from the bedrooms area. A great deal for the price!!! Has everything you need and if you need help with any accomdations for your activities .. they can set it up. Hotel is amazing!! My only complaint is that the price to dine in is really expensive. Even a simple coffee, red bull energy drink, or milkshake is 3 times more expensive that what you can get in the city.

Definitley a great hotel and the price is cheap. They have everything you need. Tour guides.. Gym, Pool, and the mall and supermarkets are only a 3 min drive away. I really liked the hotel👍
