Disappointed

The hotel overall was not clean and had an odor. The room had cigars burns in the comforter, we requested non-smoking. The walls had a film on them and the drywall was missing under the heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

Thin walls, noisy. Looks nothing like the photos. Small and smells smoky. We didnt sleep at all bc there was so much noise and banging talking and hollering The pool was ice cold and small and the hot tub was out of order. The shower was terrible too

Grounds were clean. Inside clean. Upjet was very friendly, and gave great recommendations for places to eat. Room was clean but had a "stuffy/musty" smell. Air conditioner would get loud at times.

Service was great, staff was pleasant. Hotel is older and definitely could use some upgrades. Pool was fun for the kids but hot tub looking liked it had been out of commission for a while which was disappointing. Many choices for breakfast. Biggest downfall was the lack of window coverings. There was only a pull down shade which was very weird. Also the amount of noise that began at 6:45am was annoying.
