Girls getaway!
This home was perfect for our Joshua Tree weekend! It was within a short drive or walking distance to great eats, coffee, souvenirs and the Joshua Tree NP visitor center! The host was sooo easy to communicate with and there were little,often over looked, amenities that really made it feel more like a homey stay! Fun area in the back yard if you have a family or a group of friends! Def would stay again!

Attractive and quiet getaway
Tastefully remodeled and comfortable interior. Peaceful and interesting color scheme. Quiet neighborhood and great location for the National Park. We appreciated the quiet and even heat from the ductless system. No furnace noise! The hosts demonstrate an attitude of respect. You may want to note that the microwave and wall cabinet are high and the beds are low to the floor. We thoroughly enjoyed this place!

The house was very nice and was just as described. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen and living room are very nice. Check in was easy. The guide was very helpful especially with local information. The hostess was a very responsive when I asked a question. I would stay here again.

Grateful to have a clean and quiet place to stay. The beds were so comfortable. Nice touches with filtered water in the refrigerator and a nice selections of teas. Nice seating areas in the back. Close to stores and restaurants in town. Would stay there again!

We loved this house so much! If possible, it was better than the photos. Very spacious and clean. The backyard was very quiet and we were able to see a ton of stars from there. The addition of local coffee beans waiting to be freshly ground was a welcome touch. As were the oatmeal packets and tea. We would definitely stay there again.

This was my first visit to Joshua Tree. The home's tasteful appointments, divinely comfortable beds, tranquil back yard and proximity to town and the National Park made it the perfect escape for me. ..hope to be back soon!

Home for an Excellent Vacation
My friend and I loved our stay at Mojave Haven. It is beautifully furnished, comfortable, light-filled, and was a great home base during our trip. The home was so conveniently located: close to town center and so close to the West Entrance of the national park. Not only did the home match its description, we also found so many thoughtful details that made our stay that much better (water filter, well-equipped kitchen including pyrex containers for storing food during our stay, and more). Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and felt so welcomed to Joshua Tree!

Peaceful Abode
This was by far the best rental stay I’ve ever had! The house is beautifully decorated and so homey and comfortable. Upon entering the house the heat was on so it was nice and warm given the weather was quite chilly. There are so many thoughtful little touches throughout the entire home. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the neighborhood was so quiet. The location is in such a great proximity to many attractions and hikes. I really cannot recommend Kathleen’s home enough. We loved it so much we didn’t want to leave! We will definitely be staying there again when we visit. Thank you for such a relaxing, welcoming and stress-free stay!

Wonderful stay at Mohave Haven
Kathleen’s property was ideal for our Joshua Tree vacation. The home is gorgeous and very well set up for meal preparation, dining and comfortable lounging. Excellent rental home
My wife and I stayed at this property during our visit to Joshua Tree NP, and we loved it! The house is clean, well organized and tastefully decorated. It has full supplies of amenities, and conveniently located near the national park, weekend events like outdoor market, and surrounding areas. We typically came back to rest in the afternoon before going back to the NP again. Kathleen was responsive and helpful throughout. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Joshua Tree NP. Please note that this rental home does not have washer & dryer. We were fully informed and okay with that since we only stayed for a few days. One just needs to be aware of that for longer stay.

Fantastic House to Stay in for Joshua Tree Trip
I booked this house to check out the annual summer Perseid meteor shower and it didn't disappoint with the tiered back yard and clear view of the sky. The house itself was expertly cleaned and the two bedrooms are huge, the size of a suite. They provided everything and access was super easy. The owners are also extremely responsive and made sure I arrived safely. The location is perfect and is right off Palms Highway, which is the main thoroughfare through Joshua Tree where all the food and shops are. It's no more than a two minute drive, at most. I'm thinking of making the trip an annual thing for the meteor shower and will definitely try to book them again next year. Five stars all the way.
