Seems like each time we stay here it is a little less clean and a little stingier. For instance, they no longer give out complimentary water bottles if you are not a Hilton rewards member. So instead you go to buy a water bottle at the snack area and they only have canned water. And it’s cash only. This place is located in Arkansas. It’s not a luxury hotel by any means, but they’re acting like they’re top dog. First room we got smelled like dirty feet so switched rooms. Staff is always nice. Issues we have are with the company and uncleanliness. Even though complaining I would probably still stay here because of location and indoor pool.

The rooms are great for families. The breakfast is amazing. The rate given the amenities is perfect. The bar staff, though possibly not Embassy Suites employees, left more to be desired.

A/C was a bit on the lacking side. It was on energy saving mode and got really warm, made it hard to sleep. I tried to get it to turn on but there was no option to do that.
