Very nice
We enjoyed our stay. Being right on the water was nice. The patio in the back looks onto the lake and is very comfortable. Our only take away was the listing had a noticable musty/mold smell. Other then that it was a nice stay.

Weekend getaway
The property was one way in, one way out and parking was kind of tight. Inside was very nice and clean, smaller than expected but for two people it was good. On the back by the lake was nice, quiet, and loved looking at the fish, turtles, ducks that was on the water.

My experience
It was ok but a few thing that I saw wrong was it was female hair on the shower wall and I saw a roach and the WiFi only worked on one side of the building other then that it was a nice place.

Great clean modern condo. We had a great and comfortable stay without any issues. We really enjoyed feeding the turtles right off the back dock. Would love to stay here again in the future.

Nice
The property was clean and looked nice. The lake was beautiful and the deck was very quiet. I did not know that this property also has residential housing and there are people who live in the apartments as well. I did send an email as directed in the email sent before check in about the boat rental but I never received a reply. Overall it was nice place and very relaxing.

No communication on check in for the property, In a really unsightly area. Could not get any one to respond from VBRO or the property on check in had to stay in a hotel. Topping it off my claim was denied for canceling by the insurance. Total scam!!

This is such a cute little condo on the water!
We really enjoyed our stay, it was peaceful and quiet! I would definitely stay here again and it was great access to everything in Hot Springs. Downtown is less than 15 mins and a local brewery is less than 10 mins away. Very happy with the cleanliness of our condo. Can't beat the price!

Description not exactly what you get.
Entrance and overall appearance was not any where near impressive. The road in had 1 lane paved and the other possibly old concrete or pavement. A portable window unit had the blinds broken or bent on the ends, which looked horrible from the outside. Stepping inside you are immediately in the bedroom, which is also where the rough looking blinds were and no window covering to help the appearance and keep light out. The laminate flooring cracks and pop as it is very buckled. Bathroom was clean, however there is a cushion type toilet seat, and thought the bathroom was clean this just made is feel gross. Kitchen and living room are way smaller than it appeared, but again clean. Now what made this nice was all in the view. Patio furniture was very run down, but those renting made do. Neighbors staying in the 2 bdrm had the same thoughts when pulling into the property. What would have made this more accurate would have been a description along the lines of "stay in water front property tucked away that offers a 1 bedroom motel that feels more like a cottage." Would we stay here again? No. As the property seems to be for sale, I hope it can have some updates made to the property and then it could be one of the best.

Peaceful little place
This is our 2nd time at this location and both times have been great! It’s a quiet and peaceful little neighborhood that makes for a wonderful little getaway. My only suggestion would be a curtain in the bedroom to block out the security light. Otherwise, I wouldn’t change a thing.

Average... but expensive
My overall impression of the property was very average. The bedding had dingy sheets with a couple cigarette holes. You are paying for the beautiful view and the outdoor area that is shared with 5 other apartment guest and their guest. Considering that I recently purchased a 4 night stay at a high end condo, on a golf course, in another big city for nearly half the cost. Before I rent there again, I'd purchase a hotel room with a view. It would be less expensive and easier to find. I suggest this place only for the waterside view.

Horrible room
The area the condo is in is not the best. The condo was much smaller than it appeared online. Also, it was not very clean. There was dirt all over the floor and under the bed. The bedroom has no AC so there was a wall mount air condition that cooled the living room/kitchen area but the bedroom was HOT. I contacted the manager and he had a maintenance person deliver a box fan. The manager was nice. However, our overall experience was not great.

Location was above average. Condo need to be cleaner when your paying for cleaning fees.
Not as clean as we liked. Needs a regular coffee machine. Rugs at the entrances would be helpful. Left a day early.
