"Front desk staff: very friendly, very knowledgeable, extremely approachable to talk to with any questions Hotel: very clean, very safe Pool areas (2): a lot of fun, very clean (get to the pool area early to get ur chair as it fills up fast) Bar area: bar tenders were excellent and served good drinks! Convenient store on site! …came in very handy Beach: beautiful water, clean beach (and the whole crew who puts out the chairs and umbrellas are top notch. They are very courteous, respectful, and friendly) Rooms: very nice, very clean. (Housecleaners do an excellent and efficient job) Parking: valet tenants are very quick and helpful. There is a parking garage across the street. Hotel surrounding area: very peaceful, grocery store within walking distance (literally a 2 min walk)"

"It was great staying at this property! Very convenient having a condo setup as opposed to a classic hotel room. Very convenient having a washer/dryer combo to do laundry the night before leaving too. 45 minute walk to the beach but 3 minutes from a good strip of restaurants and bars. Overall would recommend, considering returning with my children in the future."

"We arrived at the hotel early, because we had just got off a cruise. We expected to just store our luggage and hang out for the day until check in time. Instead, they assigned us a room right away, which was great. We had an issue with our room that we reported the next morning. They immediately offered us another room without any hassle. The second room was great and without any issues. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is a little walk to the beach but there is a crosswalk in front of the hotel and the walk wasn’t bad. We went to the beach for a little while, but didn’t stay because of high winds. The pool is very nice and the staff at the local restaurant and the tiki bar were very friendly and efficient. We spent our days just lounging by the pool and enjoying the warm weather. There is a 7-11 store right next to the hotel which was convenient for miscellaneous snacks and drinks. For one meal at Padrino’s Cuban Restaurant, which was very good and just a fifteen-minute walk away. I would not hesitate staying here again."

"We did a one night sleepover at this hotel before boarding cruise next day. Very clean ,breakfast had decent options. Beautiful lobby and first time saw any hotel with water refill station."
