Best stay in a long time.

The front desk staff was consistently helpful, patient, and friendly. The store items were offensively overpriced. A miniature frozen pizza was $12. Everything else about our stay was amazing and the best stay we have had anywhere in a long time.

Great one-night stay after a day visiting Hershey park. Friendly staff. Nice pool. great breakfast. We enjoyed the assortment of games in the lobby/lounge area and the foosball table.

Overnight stay in Hershey

Overnight trip to Hershey with spouse. Heck in was easy, front desk staff was friendly. Nicely configured lobby with plenty of seating, snacks and drinks to purchase, tv and games. Didn’t get to use pool and exercise room but looked clean and well kept. King bed room was on the smaller size but big enough for 2 people. Most importantly room was clean and well stocked with bath towels. Our only issue was we could hear a noise all day and through the night which sounded like people dragging furniture across the floor. We finally realized it was the lobby door opening and closing. Wasn’t a deal breaker but slightly bothersome especially at bedtime. I would definitely stay again but would make sure the room wasn’t one of the ones directly above the lobby doors.

the walls in this hotel are very thin, and likely cheaply made to reduce costs. the guest directly above us sounded like they had a circus in their room with stomping and chairs rolling around the entire stay - 1 night it was so bad and late we had to call the front desk for a noise complaint. Another time we asked the cleaning service in the hallway that we were leaving for the day and can we please have the room serviced (this was around 11am) and they never cleaned our room.
