Id only stay here if I was desperate
Night Customer service was horrible, At check-in, I requested an entry level floor room. I was told they were sold out went to our room on the third floor, the room was 80° hot, the lock on the entry door was broken. The door knob was hanging off the bathroom door. The lock to an adjoining room was broken. the TV did not work, The blow dryer was clearly broken.There was a barking dog across the hall when I went to the desk to complain they were able to move me to the first floor. That room was a little better there but for a Wyndham partner, I was very disappointed when I agreed to move to the first floor. The clerk said be quick!, But 20 minutes before that he had no available room.?? I asked for a luggage rack. He didn’t know what that was and said they didn’t have them, but I said there was one on the third floor. I was able to go back and get that myself. The pool is advertised as heated and at the door it says it’s 104 Degrees-it was ice cold.
The next night at after 10 PM, there was much ruckus in the hallway, when we went to the front desk to complain about the extreme noise, the clerk said what noise?
The Continental breakfast was far from that, the first day there was one apple and one orange when I asked for fruit they said no more. The only thing hot was oatmeal.
The second day there was at least tater tots and sausage links.
Once again for a Wyndham partner, I was very disappointed
