We booked this facility because it was a byproduct of Best Western and we have always been satisfied with Best Western. We also booked because of the pool and hot tub. They were both empty and we were told they had been down for maintenance for over a month. This should be updated on the website. Desk staff said we should have called in to see if the pool and hot tub were working. Certainly defeats the purpose of booking online for efficiency The TV did not work, had to move to another room, heat couldn't be turned down, ran out of hot water, no body wash or hair conditioner. I am requesting a refund as it was just too many things

This motel was dirty and very run down. When i arrived, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. I had to go to the office to get some. The room was very stark and bare. It felt cold and unfinished. The towels were very thin, dingy and unraveling. There was nowhere to hang any towels or hand towels. There was no bar soap or hand soap. The tub did not drain and would fill with water when showering. When going to check out in the morning, the door to the front desk was locked, so i had to walk all the way around to the front entrance to check out. Just wasn't a comfortable or positive experience.

I called ahead to get adjoining rooms and the front desk said no problem when we got there they were adjacent not adjoining my shower was cold the first night

Simple and comfortable

Front desk staff was very nice, and the room was simple but comfortable. My only issues were with the shower, which was lukewarm, and the tub was very slippery. For the price it was fair.
