Excellent Hotel

We have stayed here on multiple visits to Gold Coast and always enjoyed our visit. The rooms are large and clean with a balcony overlooking the beach area. The buffet breakfast is very good. Convenient to both Surfers Paradise and Broad Beach with a tram stop right in front of the hotel.

Good location although noisy due to being on the main road. Premium room was very clean and spacious, with great views. Gym was poor and pool area average. Breakfast buffet was good but not great.

Overall room was okay. Looked modern, however bathroom and balcony tiles are very dated. Our shower head was broken and leaking which we reported on checkout and the shower screen could have been cleaner.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hotel is right besides the tram, so super easy getting around. Car park was easy to set up and use. Breakfast was superb. Set me up nicely for the day ahead.

I stayed for 1 night with my children aged 8,6 and 7 months. Staff were absolutely amazing. Super friendly and helpful. The pool was really deep in all areas. Too deep for my 6 year old. Really wish it had a little area she could have stood. The stairs into the pool are quite small. Also the balcony has a small glass panel. The balcony itself is tiny with a small table and 2 chairs. 6 year old could easily stand on the chair and climb over the balcony. 8 year old could do it without the chair. Did give me a bit of anxiety.
