Just The Basics
Large room with kitchenette. Clean, spacious and all the essentials. Desk staff not was little to no help with local places to eat at, our agent didn’t seem to understand how to use the credit card reader/payment system, causing unnecessary trouble at check-in. Our room overlooked the basketball court. Between that noise and the ongoing noise in the halls, doors opening and closing constantly…I can’t say the place was quiet at all. Location makes it difficult if you’re not renting a car. Ride share took time to make it all the way out to the hotel consistently. Considering the Hilton name and the amount charged per night, this was very disappointing.

They charge $65 for parking
We arrive at 11pm and front desk person are not friendly at all. Staying overnight & they charged $65 for parking??? Shampoo, shower gel & condotioners pump bottle are empty!! We asked them to fill it, but gave us small bar soaps and all liquids in tiny bottle. Found a life cockroach inside bathroom as well. Will not coming back to this place.

We arrived to the hotel after 10 pm and we didn’t have any shower gel. They didn’t offer anything to drink at breakfast except water, coffee, and apple juice.

Spooning Breakfast Challenge
Great room and view of the ocean. Check in was easy and painless. But if you want service with a smile this may not be your place. However the room only had one wash cloth and then I discovered eating breakfast without a fork can be a challenge. There weren’t any forks at breakfast many guests were puzzled. I asked the front desk manager and he went to check and the employee tending the breakfast area said there was none. So bring your silverware from your room and problem solved.

Property is good maintained but we had issues. - check in. It should be 4PM. We waited until 4:50 until room was cleaned. Only response was that it will be ready soon. There were no manage or supervisor available to talk. In Happy Hour wine was twrrible and i got food poisoned from it.
