• Airport shuttle fee: BRL 53 per vehicle (one-way, maximum occupancy 4)
• Early check-in fee: BRL 50 (subject to availability)
• Late check-in fee: 50-percent of room rate for check-in between midnight and 6:00 AM
• Late check-out fee: BRL 50 (subject to availability)

This property is managed by a professional host. The provision of housing is linked to their trade, business, or profession. Guests must contact this property in advance to reserve onsite parking. This property accepts cash. Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. For guests' safety, the property includes a fire extinguisher in each accommodation.

• There is no hot water on site.
• Upon check-in, parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years old are obligated to present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example). For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, the parent must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. If the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. People intending to travel to Brazil with children must consult with the Brazilian consulate prior to traveling for more information.
• Reservations are needed for golf tee times. For reservations, contact the pousada before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• Up to 8 children 17 years old and younger stay free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
• Registered guests are the only ones allowed to be in guestrooms.
• Pets and service animals are not allowed on site.
