The addition to under the house with enclosed picnic table, tv, and outdoor shower was a huge hit with my family! Photos need to be included of this huge benefit to this listing. Walking distance to restaurants and ocean love this place!

Nice Vacay
We enjoyed our stay at 203 E Huron. The home was very clean, convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The beds were comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything you’d need to cook a meal. It would’ve been nice if the backyard was fully fenced for my dog to run around on his own, but it wasn’t a huge deal. Good vacay.

One of my favorite rentals that I have stayed at. Perfect location! An easy walk to the pier, shopping and restaurants. This house had so many places to enjoy....front porch, side porch, and fully furnished covered hangout spot on lower level with a tv. Clean and very well equipped!

A Perfect House
I think the pictures of this property don’t do the house justice. We would happy return here as a family based off of our experience. It’s a 5 minute walk to Bert’s and the beach. The rental services left a crib for us in the covered sun room. Property was clean and had many features not even shown in pictures. A true 10/10 for us.

You have found your HIDDEN GEM!
This property was perfection from check in through check out. Our my husband, myself, our 11 month old, our 3 year old, and our two dogs all enjoyed our stay! There was just enough room for all of us. The downstairs area was wonderful for those hot afternoons and evenings. It was clean, it was well stocked, great communication with the property management team who were quick to come to our rescue when we had a hiccup or two. Look no further. This is it!

On our favorites list
This is a really nice house, very clean and the decor was minimal which I loved. The kitchen was stocked well and we always had enough of everything (we did go to Bert’s and buy a pitcher). Couch was cozy, both beds were comfortable memory foam type mattresses. Plenty of closet space and hangers. It was chilly but they are renovating the downstairs patio which is going to be adorable when done. A few things for future guests.. I had read the reviews and folks said not enough blankets. This is true. We drove so I brought plenty of blankets from home as we would not have been comfortable without. For the bed it’s just a sheet and thin bedspread. No blanket for the beds or to lay on the couch. Also would have liked a rocking chair on the front porch. And we did need a full size long mirror to check outfits. Would be nice to have one on the back of a door. Just some ideas and not to take away from how much we loved the house. It’s a great open layout. We have stayed at many houses on Folly! This is a favorite.

Great Folly Beach Location
Keep Palm is a great location. Walking distance to the restaurants and shops of downtown Folly Beach. As for the house, very spacious, clean and has many amenities for our week's stay. Getting into the house was a challenge but the management staff helped right away with success. It's a 3-step entry which wasn't marketed. Overall stay was great and would stay again. TY to the host!

Keep Palm
Keep Palm was perfect for us. They welcomed our two dogs and accommodations were sparkling clean. Everything we needed was there. Walking distance to the downtown and the beach was a big perk. Would love to stay there again!

Wonderful long weekend stay
My friend and I spent a long weekend recently at Folly Beach. The house exceeded all of our expectations. It was exceptionally well maintained and comfortable. Definitely recommended!

Folly Beach mini vacation .
The house was perfect, everything was very clean , updated and had everything you need to spend time there. No complaints from us . We would love to stay here again . Unfortunately it was cool so we didn’t get a chance to use the wagon or beach chairs . We spent time on the pier , enjoying the surfers ,fishermen, and the dolphins, one day for over two hours , never seen dolphins playing for so long at one location , it was a unique experience. We loved the restaurants and the town , everything was so close we walked everywhere. We sure laughed at Walmart bags being so thick , in Mn they are paper thin , usually break if you put something heavy or has a sharp edge , not these. I would highly suggest this home for a fun vacation .

Clean modern home in great location
We really enjoyed our stay here! The furnishings are beautiful, everything was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location is walking distance from anything you might need. Bert’s is just a short walk away which is so convenient. We had a great time!

1st to the beach for our little one
We come to Folly Beach every year and had an amazing stay at this property that provided us with all the accommodations including some extras (high chair & beach wagon). It’s perfectly located from the downtown and the beach to walk, plus a quiet neighborhood. We will be booking again for next year!
