The hotel was comfortable and clean with very easy access to the champagne houses. Staff were very helpful. Value for money stay. The bistros and restaurants were all full and were quite rude when we asked if they had space for two, so make sure you book if you want to eat in Epernay.

The front desk staff were wonderful. They helped us so much and gave us great recommendations. It was a bit cramped for the 6 people in two rooms but it was doable for our time in Epernay. The hotel is close to walk to the different tasting rooms but is not very kid friendly. No playgrounds in the area.

Perfect value stay in Epernay.
Positioned 150 metres from the Avenue de Champagne, this is a perfect place to stay in Épernay. A great friendly welcome, free convenient parking and clean smallish but very comfortable rooms. Great value as well.

One up from camping. Bed hard as rock. Pillows flat as a pancake. No sleep. Bad back. No facilities, no bar, no snacks, no food bathroom very good, clean, large shower. Wont stay here again.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location excellent. Free car park wS a bonus. The Hotel room was quite basic, no possibility to ventilate safely at night as opening was a door on ground floor. The downstairs rooms looked quite tired.

Great staff. Nothing was a problem we asked for a kettle and extra pillows and we got them. Breakfast was good. This is the best place to stay for champagne tasting. Short walk to 2 big champagne houses and then turn the other way and walk all the way down Avenue des Champagne with many tasting and beautiful buildings.

This is a bare bones accommodation but the location is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful. A little TLC would go a long way to making this a more desirable destination in the amazing town of Epernay.
